If I had to go to Dublin again, I will definitely come back to this place. It is extremely clean, nice, the owners are so friendly and helpful, the location is safe and close to city centre and the airport. Breakfast was divine ....we simply loved this place!:).

Our host, Julie was absolutely fantastic. Our trip started out really rough upon leaving the airport but Julie helped us on our way and started our new day off with the most delicious breakfast.
The hostess (Julie) and the host (Brian) were the greatest...Very friendly and fun to be with. Breakfast choices were excellent and were tasty. Bed comfortable. WiFi in room.
The host was fantastic in providing us with local information and directing us on our best route for our cycle. Breakfast was very good and the house is tidy and comfortable.
Very central and quiet .....eventhough city traffic passing by you would not know that unless you looked out the window or had the window open! I would definitely stay again.

Smaller room than most other B&Bs we had stayed at in Ireland, but the bed was comfortable.
Quite noisy on first floor from accommodation below which would not be an issue ordinarily but unsettled young daughter. Small issue really and would still book again without a second thought.

Room extremely basic, TV did not work no one around to ask about it, towels where threadbare . Also no breakfast as we left at 7.30 even though their info stated we could have cereal & jjuice in breakfast room but it was locked over all not a pleasant stay.
Arrived down for breakfast at 9-55am to be told breakfast over very poor service and treated very unfairly.
