The hotel was just lovely with Noel & staff bending over backwards to make your stay perfect. The room was pristine clean and I was delighted when I stepped into the bathroom in my bare feet - the tiles were warm with underfloor heating and there were heated towel rails. The room also had air-con/heating with your own control panel which was great. The bed was super comfortable.

The staff were friendly and informative. A quick snack was arranged even though the lunch was finished. Breakfast was very good, but expensive. Customer service beyond reproach. Directions to church and local places of interest given freely.

The room was above the lounge, so the music and noise was very loud all
evening. If you are planning to get up early to travel do not stay
there. They did quiet down however after I called to ask how late the
music would be playing. Then the guests who were in the lounge were very
loud outside and in the hall.

Without a doubt Bunratty Manor Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in County Clare and in the mid west.
