We were late getting to the bunratty guesthouse because we went to the bunratty castle banquet and checked in after that. They were very gracious about our late check in, the bed and breakfast was very close to the bunratty castle, was a beautiful location, was very comfortable and clean, had wifi in the room, and the owner was very accommodating, kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served in a very cheerful room and was delicious. It was our favorite bed and breakfast while in Irelan.
all reviews » For a B&B service, and those who love to stay with a personal touch, I will say that Bunratty Grove Guesthouse is the ideal place with its charming hosts, a cheerful looking house, cosy atmosphere and nearby attractions and local restaurants, pubs ... The Irish Breakfast served by the lady owner is perfect with the quality of the food, her charming manner, and attentive care. I found the booking online really helpful nod efficient. Joe and Maura were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Maura makes a 'mean' omelette. Joe assisted us in our travels & gave very sound advice and tips on where to next & the bet wy to get there. Athe accommodation was lovely and we would recommend the Bunratty Grove to our family nod friends. We had such a wonderful, albeit short, stay at the Bunratty Grove Guesthouse. The hosts were beyond generous and helpful seeing as we didn't have a car for our stay. The room was huge with a wonderful bathroom! Despite the fact we were leaving extremely early in the morning, we still were able to have a delicious breakfast before heading to the airport!. What a wonderful way to end my stay in Ireland! Warm and generous hosts, good breakfast, lovely environment, delightful conversation - who could ask for more? It even rained right on cue, after almost 3 weeks of hot, dry weather! If the narrow road does not intimidate, it is a very pleasant walk into Bunratty village for dinner at JP's or Gallagher'S. Superb location; wonderful, friendly, and helpful hosts, large bedroom, and excellent breakfast! It's hard to imagine a better value in the Bunratty area, especially given how close the Bunratty Castle is to the B&B and it's convenient location relative to Shannon airport. Room was big enough for 4 of us,comfy bed's. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was great. When we arrived there was Jankee candle burning in the hall and reception and the owner is lovely, witch is making you feal welcome. After a long drive the welcome was just great, we had emailed ahead that we had laundry, this was taken from us and done immediately at such a low price E14.The hostess was so obliging, helping us in many ways. Nothing to report. Nothing!. no communal refrigerator to store things. Shower water was very hot. That was our only concern.
