The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it could do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again.

They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine. Perfect hotel for our honeymoon, everything about the hotel is perfect. Nice beach and not crowded. Breakfast menu & the taste is amazing. We got complimentary 45 min. Foot massage because they need some time to fix the air conditioner & prepare a beautiful room with nice view for us. I will surely come back to this hotel when I visit Lombok in the future. Hotel in great position on beach. Staff exceptional and sunset bar perfect for cocktails or just to watch the sunset after relaxing day. Bathroom needed upgrading but good quality. Block 5 level 3 perfect position for views over garden and ocean. Buffet and BBQ on beach could not be faulted as was manager's cocktail party !! Thankyou Dominique ! See you soon. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The pool was fantastic and we spent quite a bit of time in it. The gardens are lovely and create a peaceful and restful environment away from the bustle of the street. I would recommend the Sheraton Senggigi as a perfect destination for a restful holiday which was what I was seeking when I booked my holiday. the beach was lovely, veiws excellent, Food wonderfull, lots of variety, staff were very warm and friendly. The best beach hotel i have stayed in. quiet, no noisy cars to be heard when you are in your room. Veiw from room of pool areas. Breakfast buffet was the best ever. Resort is clean, relaxed and a little piece of paradise. Beachfront is for guests only; staff were the friendliest ever. Nice to come back to after going on a tour or a visit to Senggigi village. Senggigi was a much needed break from hectic work life. I travelled with my two year old son and had no need to leave the hotel, all necessities and luxuries were at my doorstep along with very friendly and helpful staff members. Although is very near to fastboat port (5-10 min walk), but if you are coming from bali with big luggages like us, the pedestrian road to hotel will give you trouble. Litter in the sea although cleaned up every day. Nothing, eveything was good,. Buffet dinners are limited to the theme of the night; no a' la carte so if the theme doesn't interest you, too bad. But cheap food is close by. Traditional dancing and band were very noisy on Indonesian night. There is a 21% tax on all food and beverage which can make a cocktail by the pool a bit pricey. Nothing!. As the Hotel was aging it needs a face lift in Bathrooms and Bedrooms but saying this they were kept very clean by good staff . Lombok is beautiful and relaxing but you can run out of things to do. There is not much to do after dinner. We knew that and was part of the reason we went. Rooms slightly outdated - need some refurbishment. locotion, nothing much outside of the hotel facilties. Lack of seasports at the beach. Effort should be given in installing lifts to the higher hotel rooms. Toilet bidet to be installed. Lack of cultural aspectsi.e. music .was looking forward to dance performance at hotel,. no dislikes. nothing in particular. We were disappointed to be allocated a 2nd floor room directly above work being undertaking on the terrace below, which included the use of an electric saw and hammering, especially when the hotel was not full. On request we were allocated a room on the top floor where the noise was less intense. Unable to lounge by the pool during the day as there were insufficient pool chairs with shade umbrellas. The air conditioning in our room was a little bit broken, during the day it seemed as though the aircon was turned down or stopped working, it was still cool in the rooms, but being in such a warm, humid environment, the chilly air conditioning helps in recovering. Nothing. staff was polite... sometimes too polite. they didn't realize when you don't want to be disturbed and come talking to you. this was a little bit annoying. the room facilities a bit old. hotels seems to try you in there worst room first , and many don,t try to place mature age people in a quieter section of there hotel. This hotel is no exception. would like it if there was an ATM machine in reception / foyer. We would have liked unbrellas on the decked area, there needs to be more of these. Tour desk. Not enough pool towels or pool loungers for all guests! Bathroom towels worn and hard. Sometimes not enough towels or toiletries left in bathroom. Not 5 star standard by other county standards. Shower not constant temperature...from cool to extreme hot...unable to control. room service not good. toilet door need repair. No bath up & bidet in the toilet. maybe the bathrooms are a bit dated. locals do not understand english. Hotel not well maintained. rooms a little old and small. Slow in response to request from house keeping.
