Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We had a family room at the top with a large double and a single bed. A good sized balcony overlooking gardens and pool is a must!!! The bathroom is also spacious with an amazing shower and sink.. There was a little unfinished work in the bathroom and the steps leading to our room but this did not ef.
all reviews » We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Their room service was really good. Our room was always clean for the 2 nights we stayed there. Kebun Villas location is also very accessible to many convenience stores, restaurants, a few pubs; all within walking distance. Nonetheless, if you want to go further, you can always get a ride on the horse carriages or a . perfect from beginning to the end. superb pools with some floats and balls for children to play. wifi, cable tv in room, ac working well.location unbeatable. across road from sheraton where all the restaurants and shops are, you can see the sea. beautiful sunrise. yet quiet as rooms are set on slopes of hills. from balcony the sweetest service staff. well-kept grounds. warm inviting place, unpretentious. we'll be back!. I like the serenity of the resort and its proximity to most of the places I wanted to visit. like the view pool. Pool is fantastic. Location, close to Sheraton hotel and beach. Wifi was really bad. The staff were all very young and for 3 days we were there never once saw a superior. Breakfast was good but not much variety and food was cold by 9am. The swimming pool is small and located just behind the hotel lobby and next to the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast, which I find quite awkward. absolutely nothing. Minor things actually.. Amenities provided at villas could be better Should consider setting up facilities for kids. Wifi is not strong. We couldn't get any in our room and the signal kept dropping off. Apart from that, nothing much to complain. It's a nice place. Shower not perfectly designed as it would flood over bathroom floor. Seemed like there were never enough pool towels to go around. Rooms could have been a little bit cleaner- the bathmat looked like it had been used to wipe the floor and then just folded over. Pool needed to be skimmed in afternoon. WiFi connection ok in the restaurant area and private villas but not useable in the rooms. It is not in the very center of Senggigi and you have to walk about 10 minutes to find people and restaurants. Not on the beach. Senggigi is not a very lively city, even if it's the most touristic city of Lombok it is quite deserted (of course it's not a fault of the hotel! I'm just advising you). The wifi was poor. Hardly any connection in the room, and the hotel lobby area was not much better. Power outage occurrences at night; wifi unreliable during high occupancy periods. No "Do Not Disturb" signs. No ceiling fans so have to use A/C. No insect screens so have to keep door closed in the evening. The coffee machine was out of order !!!! Some of the decking needs maintenance. Wifi Internet service is weak. I hope can be improve. A few teething problems with the plumbing. Never follow the GILI tour from hotel because expensive n the boatman not taking us to Gili Terawangan n also we have to rent snorkelling equipment which already incl @ the price. When we complain they hv no solution, only apologize f inconvinience. Loved it all... Not on the beach front. Nothing really. Frogs around the pool :). nothing. nothing at all!. Nothing. connection internet fair. Not directly onthe beach even if not very far. The bathroom of my room had severe plumbing problem. It had a foul smell and the whole bathroom flooded each time I took a shower. so poor service while check in, wait ready room so long....... Bathroom is flooding every time used. Small hotel, cheap hotel, not 4 star. Front desk very unfriendly.
