We loved everything about Qunci Villas! It was a beautiful resort with stunning views, manicured gardens, plenty of variety for eating / drinking and very attentive staff. We kept taking photos because the views were outstanding- at breakfast, afternoons and particularly at sunset. The resort was very luxurious for the price -even the basic rooms had lovely outside showers and the staff were able organise everything we wanted from earplugs, to clothes- airers to private transport for sightseein.

As soon as you're firsty, someone is by your side with iced water or fresh fruit. The food was some of the best we have tasted in Indonesia, especially the Thai Experience. Beautiful grounds and fantastic rooms. 3 Pools to choose from in a lovely and peaceful setting. Cocktails at sunset amazing! The staff were always accommodating, always smiling and super friendly. My partner and I had 2 spa treatments, Puji my lady masseuse was fantastic! I highly recommend asking for her. Everything from check in to check out was of a top notch standard. The new hotel is a little bit outside of Senggigi and good reachable by taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and I did have one with sea view....wonderful. I did like that no TV was installed in the room and if I would have one "needed", they would have installed one without additional charge. If also a radio only I don't know. Qunci Villas I could not fault. The design and concept is beautiful. Food simply outstanding and staff excellent. Despite being fully booked their was ample space for all guests and privacy. Beautiful artwork throughout and gardens. Perfect for family or romantic break. Staff very nice to our child. - wonderful and friendly stuff - once it gets dark, the beach front, pool and restaurant area is really romantic and beautiful - lightening fast internet (and that in Lombok!!) - you can go surfing in front of the hotel - it is close to the private boat stop from Blue Water Express. I really love that we get to have breakfast by the beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay, to relax and take a few days off my mind from work. Would absolutely return. There are pretty nice cafes down the street but you need a taxi to get there. The staffs were friendly and the view was breathtaking all the time (morning, noon, sunset, evening). There were small gestures that put Qunci above the rest such as the fruit platter in the afternoon. The 3 pools were amazingly beautiful. Everything, we will be back definitely, the staff were excellent, always smiling and friendly and helpful, the food was very good, we had the most relaxing holiday in a long time. Keep up the good work Adhi and Effy, we will see you soon. First and foremost the staff, they go above and beyond to accommodate guests and always with a smile. The setting of the restaurants were lovely and the 3 pools made it so that you never felt overcrowded. We liked the waterfront location, the artistic and relaxed design of the complex, the meal choices and quality, the staff friendliness and attention to detail, the large clean and comfortable rooms. Impeccable service, gardens and surroundings, restaurant and bar prices were reasonable, beautiful sunsets overlooking the sea and volcano of Bali. Very large outdoor bathroom. Beautiful garden and pool area. Food is delicious and well presented. Staff is very friendly and service minded! Free wifi everywhere even in our room. Large mini fridge. the room is clean. Spa is excellent. Facilities is super with 3 horizon swimming pools. Food is very very good both International dishes of local dishes. All of things in this hotel was perfect!! Beautiful surroundings. The Staff were lovely . The location of the villas is stunning ,overlooking the pools and ocean . The location being right on the beach, resort layout ambience, cleanliness, food, art and staff. Amazing rooms, facilities, staff, views. The entire hotel was a spa!. Overall ambience. Variety breakfast. Friendly staffs. Breakfast, view, rooms.....almost everything. Staff friendliness, restaurants. Very luxurious facilities. Everything. There was nothing not to like about the layout and service! The only complaint we had was that the nearby mosque started the morning call to prayer at approx 5am each day, which could be heard from several rooms. Some people may also prefer to be right in Sengigi but Qunci Villas Hotel was a short (cheap) taxi ride further on. We loved everything!. If I had to pick something it would be the food. Breakfast was great, loved the al a carte menu. Lunch and dinner fine but nothing for me to rave about. All service staff were lovely though. On Sunday they did work an new buildings and the noice did disturb. The breakfast is with some à la carte (little) delicious menus and no buffet. I asked for a second and they did serve it without additional charge. There was nothing I did not like about the property. - nothing, it was just perfect. I didn't like the food to be honest. For a four-star hotel and the price people are paying for, I was really expecting more from the quality of food provided. The mediterranean food was pretty disappointing whereas their local food tasted just fine. Probably one of the areas they could look to improve much further. Nothing all was good. Some people complained about the beach side touts but we accepted they are only trying to make a living and was a bit of fun buying a few items. Although by no means a downside there are no TVs in the room unless requested. This isn't an issue when there is good weather. Unfortunately while we were there it rained non stop for 3 days so needed a TV. As there was only a limited number, we had to wait 1-2 nights. Again I have to stress this isn't a dislike, just something to consider when you are there during the rainy season and you've run out of books. Nothing. Poor lighting in the villa. Light sleepers will wake up every morning 4.30am from the prayer. If you stay more than a few days you get bored of the set breakfast menu... my husband find bugs and ant in around our bed. The power was on off constantly for the whole. 3 days of our stay. European food was bland and not properly cooked. Very disappointing!!!. Nothing. Nothing. None.
