We loved the range of facilities that were available. From the clean private beach, luxurious pool, games, turtle hatchery, pony stable and dive center. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and fully equipped with high speed internet connection. We loved it!. Staff very friendly and attentive. Location on beach was lovely. Meals at the hotel restaurant and room service were very good. Chalet rooms were a good size, comfortable and quiet.

The 2 bedroom apartment was not as clean it can be and there were problem with the shower handles. Location a bit away from centre of Senggigi. Not a lot to do around that area. that we only got to spend 1 night. Bit of a trip now from the new international airport. Hotel rooms require some tlc to make them perfect. We had to come home... :). Breakfast very poor. Bathroom needs updating. no equipment in apartment kitchnette, no dishwashing liquid or cloths. wasp infestation in roof space. mouse came in each evening. calls to prayer from mosque intrusive in early morning. Very poor wifi connection, kept dropping out and very slow. Spa massage wasn't a good experience staff inexperienced and no special attention given much better experience down the road at Quinci. Bit far from town. Although right on the beach it wasn't a great swimming beach. No bacon at the breakfast. Cannot think of anything We did not like. 1. food taste 2. no various menu for breakfast 3. a lot of red ant in the room. Getting to hotel and expecting to pay in us dollars, but luckily I had a copy of amount in Australian dollars. Also having someone else bill added on to ours, took 40 mins to sort out and was only when I asked to see receipt that they realized it wasn't our room and was not our signature, they did apologize though. no. Ants everywhere they need a pest controller in room too. Poor breakfast , staff needs to be retrained nice people but do not have basic custumer service skills. Dont eat here... Food is horrible ! No taste ! Service is really Poor ... Bad english And all from professional ! I had breakfast And dinner in qunci which was 100 times better.
