The ala carte breakfast is a plus plus as it is inclusive in the room rate. The breakfast quality is definitely up to scale and on par with the western standard. I enjoy fantastic omelet and eggs Benedict with smoke salmon every morning during my stay. The chef make own pastries. The best thing of this resort is you get complementary afternoon tea as well. The tapas menu is extensive and is definitely tasty. The price they charge is cheap compare to the western world and you get high quality fo.
all reviews » My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. We all had no desire to leave the resort it was so relaxing and peaceful. What really made it though were the gorgeous staff. Alway. We found the 5 days we spent in the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of Jeeva Klui to be probably the best short break we have taken in recent years. We were most impressed with the staff; their charm and gracious attentiveness, their politeness and general professionalism, all gave us that warm 'pampered' feeling. The location spoke for itself, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the food was delicious, especially the fish dishes. We heard tale that Jeeva Klui is the best place on L. We had a private pool villa which was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and learnt our names from the minute we arrived. My partner has a nut allergy and the staff were excellent in catering for this, checking every dish with the chef. Free afternoon tea is served daily for all guests which is a lovely touch. I cannot fault this hotel, we had an amazing time. By far the best resort we have stayed in this part of the world amazing food amazing ,views and staff were amazing we had the villa with a pool and it was really relaxing being able to sleep on the day bed listening to the water and swimming in private during the day leaving no need to leave the resort would highly recommend for anyone looking for some were to simply do nothing A++++++. The breakfast was al carte from a menu was very delicous and cooked to perfection. The room, bathrooms and balcony was very spacious indeed. The beds and extra pillows and cushion made it very comfortable. The pool was very nice and has a small library. The staff are very polite. Has a free afternoon tea at 4pm and at 6pm offer a night time bed service with 2 more bottles of water. Fantastic private villa rooms with plunge pools also equipped with Bose sound system to plug in your Ipod, comfortable beds, house keeping that cleans the rooms twice a day, overall was a unforgettable experience. Complimentary tea time from 4-5 PM is great to drink coffee by the pool or at the gazebos. Would definitely recommend this hotel for honeymooners. The Hotel is in a quiet area of Mangsit. 10 mins or so from Sengigi. The hotel while not very large, has lots of charm and is very clean. The rooms are large, comfortable and kept very clean. Hotel staff were polite and always ready to help. We stayed at the sea facing villas. Really wonderful to go to bed and rise accompanied by sound of the waves. Our second time at Jeeva Klui and it was just a lovely as we remembered from two years ago. The gardens are so peaceful and we felt very relaxed. Did not go out for diviner as the food was very good here. The staff are very friendly and service excellent. One of our favourites!. The location price when discounted the food taste good. The pillows. The resort is quite far away from the airport. Anyway the new airport is far away from everything. The nearest convenience store takes you 15-20 minutes taxi journey. For a relaxing holidays and if you don' plan to do anything except just relax and rest, this is not a minus indeed. Location was far out from the Senggigi city area, surrounds has nothing there. So will require a Taxi to get out and about. Breakfast menu is great but buffet would be better. There is only one restaurant and a single infinity pool. Nothing, maybe only the mosque in the area and the prayers in the very early morning that wake you up, but that is something you should know when going to Lombok, so we cannot complain. Dinner could be somewhat more "asian" in taste... The rain!. Maybe the beach ,wasn't the best !! But they are all like that around this area,unless you go kuta beach ,Lombok ..... Nothing. The local driver the hotel outsources. Very rude- tried to sell us everything. Would follow us as soon as we left hotel. Tried to take double fare. After a week, breakfast was a bit boring, but still good quality. It was difficult (due to popularity) to get spa bookings. The beachfront is quite rocky and it is difficult to get beyond the reef to snorkel. Nothing. Having the open Spa beside a road means having the ambience disturbed by noisy traffic. More variation on food available within the resort, more local dishes. Some noise from the road behind the villa. A little far from airport and down town. No tea/coffee making facilities in room Menu not diverse enough and not 5 star eg: ham on pizza was not real ham it was spam very sparse with pineapple. No coffee maker in room.... No special things for kids ... could have added slippers and some souvenir toys for kids to make their stay more special. Beach / seaside. The staff take the dirty dishes in front of room at worst time, middle of the night. It would ruin your sleep at night. the day before, they didn't even take the dishes until morning. cleanliness is issue here. Is not clean, everything was dirty. People do not speak english really well.... Food is disgusting (my wife and me felt sick) Our room was behind the kitchen....very nasty smell The hotel has no indentity and is boring. Is very expensive. Qunci villas are much better and cheaper.

Daily flights are available from Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport to Lombok Praya Airport, alternatively sea transportation either Public Ferry or Fast Boat is also available. Transportation service from Lombok Praya Airport or from Ferry / Fast Boat harbor to Jeeva Klui Resort are available with additional charges.
