  I have only just returned home from the studio in Seminyak where I stayed for 7 nights 01/12/2013 to 08/12/13, from the moment I arrived the staff where great and couldn’t be more helpful being a smaller resort they offer a service with a personal touch unlike the larger hotels who ignore you when you walk past. Thanks to all the staff members sorry I can’t remember all your names but I have to make - Good value for Seminyak. Quiet location but the walk to the beach/town was a little long. We had motorbikes so that was not a problem. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. We were traveling with 2 boys (6 and 8 y/o), they loved the pool. Breakfast was buffet style (yogurt, eggs, fried rice, bread, coffee, juice, tea, etc). There are lots of DVDs you can borrow, but the quality of them varied. Wifi had a good signal the whole stay.   We booked this hotel after long consideration of other budget hotel options and finally turned out a good choice too. We were greeted by a freindly staff and welcome drink. We booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and had to adjust as no option for extra bed. But good that no extra charges for the 5th person except for the breakfast charges for the 5th pers... what people say » on. Adjacent rooms have link doors hence got 1 big family room. Seminyak is lot cleaner and better than kuta (according to us) as Kuta is now more ur - This is something that I have to comment about. The staff there is awesome! Very attentive, friendly and helpful, they are always putting a big smile on their face which makes me happy too. I went there to stay last week with a friends and when we checkout the room, we forgot to take out our passports, ipad and valuable items from the safe.   We love this place!!! spanking new boutique villa with lots of space, from living area+kitchenette, master bedroom and a back patio, ample space for the price we're paying, its awesome! staff attentiveness is great! the villa design in every aspect is gorgeous the location, because it is away from the touristy area, private and yet not too far ... what people say » from the busy streets accessible by taxi feels like a holiday the moment you arrive! enjoy this while it last! - Everything. Feel like home when staying at Karmar Kamar. The hotel, being very quite, is only 5 min taxi to Seminyak and Kuta beach and other local tourists spots, which should cost no more than USD3 per ride. Every hotel staff is nice, always smiling and helpful, especially the hotel manager Bimo. Bimo has given us many good recommendations such as where to shop, eat, etc. We will definitely stay at Karmar Karmar when we go to Bali next time.

So close to all our favourite restaurants and shops, so didn't have to sit in traffic for ages and also away from traffic noise, tucked away in a quiet area off Sunset Road. Yes there are mosquitoes and some of the rooms too dark and they do not have ice, but value for money is outstanding. The gar - The place is amazing. A little difficult to find, but when you get there you really start enjoying. The garden is enormous, with palm trees, lots of green and places to rest.
