On entering the gates of Kumple Kumple 3, one immediately feels the relaxed and calm atmosphere. Pipi and her staff, without exception, are very kind and helpful, and will do their utmost to make sure your every need is attended to. Each villa, named after an Indonesian bird, has a private garden leading to an open plan sitting and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. all reviews » Loved the fact almost the entire time we had the pool to ourselves. The villa was really spacious with a kitchen and a great fridge/freezer. It was in the heart of seminyak yet quietly away from the road. Very friendly staff and it is currently being done up. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool was good size and quite deep. Staff very very helpful and villa was very private and felt like your own little piece of Bali. Breakfast was delivered to the villa at our chosen time and their was a good choice. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice bedroom, massive comfy bed. Clean, huge pool. Great location for shopping and beach 66. Lovely to have our own villa, as well as being able to cook our own meals (if we desired) it was very private. the staff was excellent, very helpful. the accom is typical villa style which is what I like, room upstairs with aircon good. kitchen lounge down, had everything you need. pool ws excellent. Stairs to bedroom were steep and became a bit much. Lots of mosquitoes. A ceiling fan downstairs would have made all the difference (no a/c downstairs). this hotel has no restaurant or bar. but lots food and bars very close walking distance. If you are expecting a good buffet breakfast, go else where. The rooms have kitchen facilities and there are coffee shops at Seminyak Square, which are only a few minutes walk. After heavy downfalls of rain, the water in the taps was dirty. Hot water pressure poor. The on-going construction and renovation next to our villa. Dirty chairs in the 2 bedrooms villa, they charge creditcard before arrival, I prefer to choose my own method of payment. Mosquitos in the room. poor maintenance, short circuit, water pump failure, safety box could not be opened again, bathroom door lock broke and could not be openened again, water cattle broke. The management would need to proactively ensure facilities are well maintained and not wait until guest have to report facilities are not working / broken. The staff was very willing to repair broken things, but it still disturbed the quality of our stay. none. The staff leave at 9:00 P.m, we even did not order the breakfast at the moment, so we just left a note for the meal. We wanted to ask for the wi-fi password, but there is nobody in the lobby. Finally, we asked to other clients. The room is old without the bathtub. No mosquito coil incense here. The bathroom is very small. Everything is old fashion here, you can't even lock your door. The wi-fi signal is very weak even in the lobby. A Lot... not clean, Old Villas, bad breakfast, expensive.. not recommended...
