I like the pool inside the villa, was so nice, always clean. Love it. Also like the bed and the pillow so comfy. And I love the location, its in the middle of Seminyak area, but still feel private inside the hotel area. Really near the Bintang Supermarket , a lot of souvenir shops around, and nice boutiques. The breakfast also quite good. They got stoves, with all the pans for cooking also, got tea set and water boiler. Got separate living room and dining room, has 2 showers area and a bat.
all reviews » Staff are very friendly and helpful and they communicate well in English. The villa is very spacious and luxurious with sleek interior deco. It is also equipped with amenities such as a mini kitchen, large fridge, bath tub etc. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Even though it is situated alongside a busy road, it is very quiet in the villa and you literally can't a sound from the streets. Sleep quality is excellent. The tranquility yet a few minutes walk from main semi yak St. Staff remember your names. Very obliging we ve stayed here a few times and never disappoints The villas have it all small but great restaurant and spa feels like your own home. But with someone else doing the work!. We stayed in the deluxe pool villa and we loved our pool! Room was big and a baby bed was installed for our 6-month-old. Spa was great. Staff friendly. It was a 15min walk to the beach. Bintang supermarket was close by. The staff would do anything for you and we were upgraded upon arrival. Perfectly situated in the heart of seminyak but while in your villa and pool you dont feel like you are as its so quiet. Resort design is nice, modern and very private Walking distance to supermarket, shopping, lots of eateries Staff is nice and friendly Spa massage was excellent. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices Very good spa treatments They offered a birthday cake during our stay since it was my wife anniversary. The toilet area got funny smell, , might be from the pipes. Lucky it was a separate room. Always hold my breath when going to the toilet, and spray it again with the freshner spray. Don't like the floor, I always prefer wooden floor or carpeted area, but I think its not everyone problem, haha. The rest was just nice. Mosquitoes, which are very common in Seminyak. To the villa's credit, they provided us mosquito coils and insect repellent, and that helped a lot. I've had an issue with late checkout payment I booked this option weeks before travel,paid all accommodation beforehand on phone direct to hotel but on arrival late checkout not logged and office says not paid for They say itsvtheir mistake and really they should have been decent enough and let us stay no charge after this messup Now I am not sure I didn't pay twice for kate checkout my email definitely shows request made weeks before. Nicer restaurants were a bit far so we walked 20mins or took taxi for lunch/dinner. The breakfast isn't great but we found that seems to be the norm in bali. breakfast tasted quite averacabe ge, could improve Stained bedsheets on the second day Resort could do with some upkeeping and maintenance. Eg tiles etc. Mosquitos everywhere I suggest management consider spraying the grounds weekly to keep them under control. All black furnishings Pool access. No ladders in main pool. Pool steps too high Limited B/fest menu. The "private" pool is more like a pond. Limited shuttle service, needs to be more flexibility. No airport pick up. not that luxury of the 5 star. No Iron or Ironing Board in the room. Uncomfortable sofa, western design (aluminium windows etc).
