This was our first time in Bali and we loved every minute of it. The staff at the Ramayana couldn't do enough for you from day 1. We had the deluxe room which was the cheapest option however the room was large, comfy, spotless and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely, clean and very relaxing away from the busy Kuta road with staff on hand to bring you drinks and food whenever you like. There was a great variety of good for breakfast catering for all guests. We particularly enjoye.
all reviews » Beautiful yard design. nice crews. good location. 5min to beach, close to luxury shopping street, next door is a mini supermarket. Has a big sport bar, a lot of people. Got room upgrade, so happy! Out of the main restaurant, across street next to sports shop is a safe money changer. Turn left 15 min walking to discovery mall. In Between is a lot of sea food restaurant, and ATM station, many ATM machine to choose. Breakfast is fair, buffet saves trouble of ordering. Part of the main swmming pool. Having stayed at the Ramayana for many many yrs, I have seen it grow with change, always for the better. It is the hotel that gives you it all. I have never ever been able to fault it in any way.Even on a personal level I had to deal with a tragic event on one of my holiday's . I was given assistance by management and staff so much so ,that i would never ever have been able to cope if it was not for them.THERE ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE to them all. Wonderful place ...Wonderful peop. 3rd visit to Bali in last 2 years – 2nd visit to use the Ramayana for accommodation. Good facility with supa staff. The breakfast was top notch which set our group of 7 up for the adventures ahead. The pool and spa facilities very clean which we use daily. Rooms large with everything one would want though a little tied - I see that rooms on our floor were being renovated so this is being addressed. We like the food, staff were so helpfull n friendly..we have come across with few problems n we know we couldnt blame on any ones fault..we are impressed of the quick n pleasant service during our stay.we look forward to stay here again..we meet Reza 1 of the staff member there as well..he was very talkable..they spoke very good in emglish.the security guards n maintainance mans are all around. wonderful location, nice high comfy bed, good breakfast spread and most importantly is the staff are really helpful and they value our feedback/problem and offer us help/solution instantly. They have a good Spa too. They are awesome...Ramayana Resort & Spa is a 'no-brainer' choice!. 1. Nice swimming pools in beautiful garden. 2. Very good, however monotonous breakfast buffet. 3. Gracefully & courteous personnel. 4. The rooms good noise-insulated, also those streetside. 5. Hotel's security guys stop the traffic for guests crossing the street. Impressed with the quality of the new rooms. The grounds are kept very clean. Swimming pools lovely, breakfast great, staff helpful. Ramayana is a sanctuary on a busy street. Loved the location, The Stadium, Flapjacks, Al Dente. Close to markets and Mataharis. Perfect hotel, value for money, fantastic location, friendly staff. It was above my expectation. Close to beach and walking distance to night life. Lots of nice restaurants around. I was very satisfied with everything , i would definitely recommended . Loved Ramayana for a number of reasons - the extremely friendly, humble staff, the chilled-out vibe and the beautiful setting. Luxury - not what we're used to and we have recommended this hotel since we've recommended this hotel since our return home!. Second home.cheers kevin. the location is really good,3 minitues walk to the beach,10 minutes drive to the airport ,as a transfer to other places is really convenient. and the reception free upgrade our room to Executive Double Room ,surely coming back next time!!. - Friendly and excellent staff - Nice "themed" pools - Good breakfast with a lot of choices (asian/american/european) - 2 good restaurants/pubs part of the hotel - excellent location (5 minuten walk from Waterbom water park) in center. the room is spacious...the staff are very friendly and the location is very strategic...even right in the middle of the kuta town but the resorts decoration and the surrounding make our room feel like in the middle of the jungle... The SPA and SPA staff were very nice Andre attentiv. The room were clean and well . appointed. The breakfast was good and may choices available. The restaurant food was great and fair priced. The Balinese dishes are excellent. The staff were great. The Hotel facilities were very good for what i needed them for and the location (if you desire to be in Kuta) is perfect as it is right in the middle yet tranquil around the pool and at the spa. Jacuzzi was not clean. Hotel room had old furnishing. WiFi was slow. Our room was directly above the Stadium Bar so it was a little bit noisy when there were particular rugby games being played late in the evening (about 11pm to 1am)but not overly noisy, our bath tub didn't seem to drain the water whilst showering, so you would end up with ankle deep water whilst showering. the balcony had the fan of the air conditioner on it and therefore made the balcony very hot so you could not really sit out there and enjoy the serenity. The location of the hotel was good, closed to beach, shops, restaurants, shopping malls. But the hotel is located in streets, which are too crowd - traffic, lots of cars, motorbikes...and people as well. Beach is nice, but it's not possible to swim in the ocean due to the big waves. Breakfast was nice but crowded. Difficult to get good coffee, and a second coffee seemed an odd idea. Less staff or more people made it not as pleasant as it could be. The food was really good. room service wasn't great. would be nice if it was open 24 hrs as advertised... i flew in very late and was told to wait until 6am when breakfast was served. -N/A-. Nothing I can fault about this place. Great hotel...... In room safe seemed to act up a little bit so couldn't trust it but just used the safe in reception instead. Breakfast is little bit too spicy. It goes with the whole balineese style of the hotel. It cold be interpret in both positive and negative way. Hotel is very close to the local school and in the morning it is quite noisy. Some rooms smell a bit. The swimming pool is quite small. The breakfast is not to much choice. -Pool was too deep at 2m -Bed squeaks terribly -Expensive Spa rates. Noisy bad need to arrange stabil basement Towels not white (clean ;) Wifi Must be free. Pool area very crowded , being abused by a fellow Australian for making to much noise one morning as it was my 7 year old grandsons (who has Down Syndrome)birthday ,other guest were very understanding. May be the various of breakfast, but still it was fresh and nice. Just not so big choice. Nothing bad!. Food selection during breakfast and taste is not great. Bed too high! Aircon not that cold or directed away from the bed. Spa rates too high. No free wifi. Nothing.
