What a Gem! This hotel is one of the few left in Bali that feel like the old Bali!. Its quiet serene green lizards flowers everything. The rooms are beautiful with artistic doors private balconies and ice cold aircon. I loved this Hotel and will never stay anywhere else when in Kuta! Restaurant was great quiet but quality food. The staff were tremendous and accommodated every need. it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle and down an alley but totally worth the price. pool super clean and w.

I love the old Balinese style of the hotel , green garden and lovely deep pool So close to everything your are in the heart of Kuta ,but so quite once you are in the Ida hotel . We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and will again love it. Excellent staff, very helpful; I had to stay one extra night, and they upgraded me to a superior room, and did not even charge me the additional fee. The superior rooms are really beautiful. location close to shopping in kuta and just far enough away to not be buzzing all the time. very clean room and friendly staff. breakfast good and not too much food. Also, it has a nice swimming pool (warm water), valuable spa and variable breakfast menu. The room is clean and have a nice balcony. Location in city but that was not really the reason why we chose it as we did not know the actual location b4 booking. Room and facility is ok. Near shopping street but little bit far from beach. Definitely the mattress, the best I've I have ever slept in, And the location was great, close to everything. all good. small thing: you need to pay for the access to the internet per hour. There were some rats around the pool. The position of the ac is not very good...the flow of air was either on the refrigerator (room 301) n the second room the ac was facing the entrance door thus the creaking of door(room 121). Both rooms were warm. No coffee/tea facilities. nothing. Nothing!!. There is no lift in this hotel.we arrived at 11.30pm .help to carry heavy luggage as they put us on 2nd floor. Nothing. It's my 4th time in 5 years. Snails in the bathroom Fridge too small. Wifi wasn't free, loud young aussies in the room next to me woke me up in the middle of the night as they were coming back from the bars.. The entrance to the hotel is a little alley. Room, im so sorry to say that but... when we arrive in the room was bad smell. dirty linen. shower is not hot enough. Nothing!. The access to the hotel is quite small (should enter through an alley) and have a small parking lot. Lizards n mosquitoes in room; no free wifi when even cheaper hotels offer it. Hwen cleaners cleaned room, they walked in wearing theoir shoes when even we took off our shoes at the door. Room was quite small compared to other hotels we stayed in at ubud, padangbai, tanah lot n jimbaran. No free WIFI but need to pay if needed. Not that clean in the room Mosquitoes in the room. One has to pay for wi fi, unlike other hotels that we have stayed at us$ 9 per day It adds to the cost of the holiday, The breakfast was very average, little to choose from and certainly below par. Because of the beautiful Balinese style cottage, mosquitoes were a problem even when we sprayed and after Fridays fogging program was implemented. there was a gecko in our room very disturbing. Everything.
