The hotel was new,clean and nice with the design.Room was big enough and comfort for a group of guest.Facilities was almost equipped.Wireless signal well support.The hotel provide computer & internet at lobby for guest.The staff was helpful & friendly.Location was good as the Shopping mall(Hyper mart's things was very cheap&a lot of restaurant can find inside) was located next to the hotel.

The bread pudding served during breakfast is simply-to-die-for. Nice ambience and atmosphere. My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali. Great hotel, next to a big mall ( groceries and nice shops), 30 minutes walk to the beach, but shuttle drop and pick up for free available at hotel. Good pool and breakfast, clean rooms, everything very nice! Fast Internet. I love our stay at this hotel. We stayed in the loft room. We room was clean, bright, and rhe design in smart n modern. Staff were nice and friendly. If you are not a beach freak, the location is quite okay. I love the room and the design. It was an all girls trip so the matte toilet doors with no lock wasn't really a bother for us. Overall i love the room. Big and clean. every staffs are friendly,, meals with reasonable price....comfort room for family to be together in one room not need to booked another room and be separate..... Good location, just a few steps to the shopping mall. The staff are friendly, the outdoor pool was just nice and above all, the breakfast is awesome!. The breakfast was so good, in the room was very cleaned , and TV channels were many programs, so all the day in the room TV-watch not so bad. - loft duplex room design is impressive - location is not in the traffic jam area like Kuta - quite near to airport. they actually have recycling bins catered. the whole design of the room (stayed in the Loft) was very comfortable. Great design, lots packed into a small space, good breakfast and very handy for the Mall Galleria. pick up service at airport very easy to find coming out off customs and staff very friendly. The low water pressure in the morning. At night, you should get a cab in order to get to the night life in Kuta, we walked, but its not so safe with all the traffic. We only wanted to have a look at it once, so that was fine. This is a great hotel, fresh, new and good price!. Actually the breakfast is ok, however we found out that the porridge is cold and there was no staff to check it out n replace it with the warm one. But it's only a small problem. It was quite far from the beach and nightlife so we had to take a cab to wherever we go. And the toilet flooded once we were there. nothing that I don't like abt the hotel..... We stayed in loft duplex which could accomodate 4 adults, but the room is quite small for our baggage, stuffs and ourselves. With us staying for 3 nights, the room with full of stuffs was like a wrecked ship. The bathroom is quite small it doesn't have a lock, and ours could not be closed tightly so we're a lil bit worried while showering. How to cross the main road of uGlalai?, very difficult. none. since most of the guests going to bali would be going for some kind of water sports... there's nowhere to dry our wet clothings (most hotels would cater at least a clothing line/wire to hang the wet clothes. Nothing. Toilet can see through and can't lock. No lock for shower and toilet space. The toilet didn't have lock . The breakfast restaurant were too hot . not aircon . They should have seperate the smokers and non :( . The place is not quite near Kuta Beach . the duplex room bit dusty upstairs overall its good very happy. The breakfast buffet is a bit boring... The smell of a couple of rooms (aircon). But we were moved to another room and it was fabulous. brakfast. There are Staff named Kiki who was not so responsible.. breakfast. the second floor is not so big. Far Away From The Beach. Breakfast repetitive boring and usually cold. Breakfast. Shower room and restroom setting inside the room, should have partition shade to divide the bed and the bathroom. limited parking space. Lack of communication, they didn't inform us that the pool was going to be closed for upto 3 days when we checked in. With two young kids we needed the pool. I wouldn't recommend it for families at all. We left after two nights and went to the bounty hotel which is brilliant. staff. poor location,rooms small. Efficiency staff, noisy rooms, breakfast was good in choice but poor in quality.
