The staff are amazingly friendly! Very accomadating and understanding. When we were checking in the check in payment was to be paid but I only had $ AU cash at the time .. so they allowed me to pay later in the night after I had converted my cash to the local currency. We really liked the room interior and the view of the pool from our balcony! The beds were amazingly comfortable. Our room was clean everyday perfectly. all reviews » We enjoyed the private pool in the room although my children also swim at the public pool. 2 LCD TV also allow me & my children to watch our own favourite movies and cartoons channels. All staff is very friendly and well manner. My booking did not include breakfast.So I bought it from the reception counter for a fee of 2 aldults and FOC for my 3 kids for 4 days. Food at the Padi-Padi restaurant was nice too. I would strongly recommend to my friends in future,. Staff was pleasant... Location was great with 10-15mins walk to kuta beach with a convinience store right in front of the hotel with a fast food outlet... I booked the one with the private pool and the room was extremely wonderful with comfortable bed and pillows plus a living area for chilling out. i stayed here 14 night . staff was very friendly n funny . they can speak english very well . break fast was very delicious . a room n bathroom was huge , clean, cozy n nice pool view. if u wanna stay in kuta ,definitely u should stay this hotel. place is cheaper but high costumer service !!!!. I was given the impression that this room has a sofa bed. However, it was only a sofa. It will be perfect if it is a sofa bed which can be pull out. Kitchen wasn't fully furnished (no utensils) only glasses and plates... Shuttle service to kuta beach is only on 2 timings (0900 and 1800) which is not convinient for those slow days... Both problems is easily solved... wifi was sometimes didnt work or very slowly . The hotel entrance is located on a busy road, immediatly outside de hotel there is no footpath, an it's a while before there is any footpath to speak of. Room was on de ground floor, a couple of objects found there way into the area immediately outside our room beside the pool. The main hotel pool is also relatively small. We stayed at Room 210, there was an odd stench in the room, my friend suggested it could have been a dead animal, or it could have come from the water, because I tried smelling the water from the bathroom sink and there was an odd smell. however, my friends who stayed in the other rooms did not have the same complain. noise comes from cleaning service 2nd floor, slammin d door, the bar/outdoor pool no guest coz its a new hotel,there is no signage from basement parking to lobby,far from d beach. The gym was very warm was the only minor thing that wasn't great. The pool at my room very very cold, anything they can do to make it warm?. The location of the pool/ restaurant/ bar is on the 2nd floor. They are surrounded by the building,as there are more than 6 storeys. It does not feel very comfortable being in the pool with all the rooms facing it. there was nothing to complain about. Everything was way beyond our expectations. 15 mins walk to beach. Wish it could be nearer. Have to take taxi when too lazy to walk. The location. It's right on a busy road and quite a haul to the beach/shopping area. Location.
