We truely enjoyed our time at the resort and would recommend to everyone that is looking for a break, a romantic get away or with your family. We are returning in July with our five children. The service was amazing! Left you to do your thing or helping you in any way. They assisted us with our booking of tours and other services available on the island. The pool and bar is amazing and the gym also. Complimentary breakfast's were to die for! Wifi throughout and excellent connection! Room.
all reviews » This place is great value for money. Its in a good location, not too far from the main part of kuta. Its very easy to navigate yourself from this place. The pool is fantastic, and has two levels which i thought was really cool. The prices for food at the restaurant, room service and drinks are not bad at all. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and willing to go the extra lengths to make sure your stay is very enjoyable. The security stops traffic out the front for you to cross the road whe. Super friendly staff who remembered your names, Easy check in, excellent restaurant, breakfast was out of this world, fabulous pool. Our room was beautiful, more than we ever expected. We asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we got, we would ask for room 413 again !. This 8 day holiday was so much more than we expected for the price we paid, I don't know how they do it. We would certainly recommend this resort and will be back again. We booked a day trip through Bali Best Tours and w. *The staff are the best, very friendly. *The breakfast was great, very good selection. *The pool and pool bar is very modern and refreshing water. *The room that we had was not poolside nor had a view but was nice inside, good bathroom. *The hotel isn't lacking in any facilities/amenities: Wifi, pool, pool bar open late, good aircon, good shower (and bath), great breakfast, mini fridge empty and ready, 24hr room service. And there's lights you can switch on outside your room to indicate you wan. This is my 1st birthday trip and I really appreciate the surprise arrangement while I come back from outside I saw a birthday cake on my desk. I really appreciate the sweetness and the staff is really friendly to us. Hotel room is exactly the same with the picture that we saw at letsbookhotel.com and is valueable for us. Rooms were cosy but very nice. Free shuttle everyday into kuta at 10, 2 and 4pm. Close to airport. we stayed for 4 days, it was awsum, breakfast was beautiful, pool waz amazing altho they could put more fun things in the kids pool like a slide & toys to play with. rooms were nice with good decor. the whole hotel was lovely with awsum staff. will definatli b bak again. I like about the beach, the temples, the beautiful sunset that we saw at the Tanah Lot, the friendliness of the local and so on.......... Too many thing that I like, by any chance, I would like to come to Bali with my family for the next trip. Love the bathroom; the shower, bathtub and closet are separated. And we can watch tv while we relaxing in the bathtub. The hotel is located in front of the shooping market, only 10minutes from the airport and Kuta beach. this hotel is awesome, breakfast was beautiful, rmz were spacious & clean, pool was great. gta awesum pool bar with gr8 staff music pumping all day & nyt, aircon in rmz r gud.. overall enjoyed our stay there ++. The staff were very helpful and especially a guy named DEVA...He is just fantastic...the people in the reception,just loved them coz they were helping us the momentt we reached there...i would defenitely go back.. Staff and of course the pool ,one more thing the bath room has a waLking shower and tub with tv in the bathroom just exactly next to the tub so you can relax and watching your favourite movie or serial tv. I can not think of anything, not one thing! Love the place and returning!!!. The refrigerators in the room are very small but that didn't really bother us as we spent most of our time at the pool bar!. Only one or two small niggles, no where to put toiletries in the bathroom, limited space to hang clothes but hey, the luxury bathroom totally made up for it and we made use of the seat in the bathroom to store our clothes. Really, to have to look hard for something to complain about at this resort but looking at some previous reviews some people take the time to do this !!!!!. Bed was a little harder than I would've liked. Toilet got a smell and flies. we did notice on more than 1 occasion in our week there,that the pool goes from shallow to deep straight away,on a steep slant that I couldn't stay up straighteach time I walked in,fine for me,i can swim,however toddlers and young children hit the slant,and they were under,so parents would have to be very vigilante with this with there kids,i think a non slip mat at bottom of pool where the shallow starts to slant would rectify the danger. The only thing we didn't like was leaving. A few mosquitoes at this hotel but there are lots everywhere in Bali... Got bitten and now I am sick with dengue fever :(. bit far from the happning parts kuta/legian etc 5min ryd on taxi. right on the buzy road, so its bit hard to cross sometimes but security wil stop traffic f need b! & they kept running out of towels by the pool :( other than that perfect. Nothing particular that I don't like, if I were to say so, it is the tips that the people asking about, everywhere that I go, like saloon, manicure shop that I visited, they will hint you for that. toilet bit smelly, pool ran outta towels twice so had to wait awile for them. something sharp in pool my son cut hz foot badly, staff helpd him out alot tho but stil they need to fix it asap. fridge in room not very cold. but evrything els fine!!. Not even a tiny bit of thing to complain about... N/a. Only critism would be that it had no verandahs as I like to sit outside in morning and night. The restaurant could have had a better dinner menu but it was fine. Staff didnt understand english to well. ordered a ham and cheese croissant and got french toast. trying to cross the road to go to the shops Nightmare!. Would have been better if the rooms had balcony's and they had a money changing service. the bed is not that comfortable. nothing. not enough sun areas. room doesnt have a balcony. Not many adaptors for aussie power plugs. Not a lot around outside hotel, eg restaurants, shops, other than shopping centre across the road. Not at the beach, but good location near a mall and all the beaches. Too many mirror, and fully glasses toilet. How early the music cut of. the bedroom space was too small. - not enough storage for cloth in the room - bathquip is not comfortable to use as it is too deep. Food of breakfast are not too much, not in good taste. Water in bathroom is salty, not hot enough, sometimes is no hot. The internet connection (wifi) so slow at night .I hope the wifi more improve for my next visit. No other places to eat or drink within walking distance. The bed is very hard. Location wasn't too great good for a couple days for shopping at mall. no balcony. Not near any other restaurants or bars. Not near to the beach. The swimming pool is a bit cold.
