We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. Was also upgraded to Club floor on our second visit within our 10 days in Jakarta. Except for the Club Lounge, the rooms were the same as the Deluxe on the lower floors. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return again in the future.
all reviews » good location, very nice view from the window, we asked for a room on the higher floor and got it, plentiful breakfast very nice lady (Judit-front desk manager?) making a stay in a big hotel more special by her charm and interest in guest's opinions. Staff very very friendly and courteous. From check in Pa Firman to Chief Security Pa Anton to Pa Eddy the bell captain. Also smoking area outside thru side door with seats. Breakfast very comprehensive. I liked the hospitality and breakfast as well as there pool was really amazing . The price was very reasonable and would definitely stay here again. Well appointed room , close to the main business district of Jakarta. Staff called me by name. Thank you for the service and nice hospitality to my mother while she was traveling alone. But to date no email from the hotel and no one update me on my credit card refund status. Could you follow up with the hotel. Because they double charges, now I had to go back to my credit account to check my last stay whether it had been double charges. letsbookhotel.com had charge to my credit card and after we check out, hotel still do the charge again. No doubt my last stay on 27 Nov Check in and 29 Nov Check out they found out and they refund to me, but I still need to check my previous monthly stay the hotel had double charge. Make me busy.
