When I first arrived at the hotel, the first thing which caught my eye was the mini supermarket just outside the hotel. Next to the supermarket is the security guard post and an ATM machine. The frontoffice staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean especially the toilet. The free wi-fi signal is excellent! There are no coffee-making facilities but since I checked in with a baby, Im surprised to see an electric kettle in my rm which they have specially prepared for me. The bre.

Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpfull. Walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang and Sarinah Mall (approx. 10 minutes). Easily can get taxi or bajai just infront of the hotel. Its very near, walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang and Sarinah Emporium. Also excellent food at the coffee house. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner there for the 4 days stay. Seems a bit over priced. room partition not properly - noise of neighbors still can be overheard. Asked for a none-smoking room but the room I got was smelly from smoke. No really options to arrange excursion/tours except 1 folder we got to choose. wifi not good. I ordered transport to airport. They late almost about 2 hrs. It's drive me crazy. -only Asian breakfast -room needs maintenance.
