  The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi. The staff was very friendly and had a very good English in general, and the level of service was good at all instances. We had one breakfast there (though ... what people say » we stayed there two nights), which was very delicious and with a good choice of both continental and Indian items. When we needed to print something, - Location is grate, near the khan market metro station. Room are spacious and clean Breakfast is reach with indian food Staffs are helpful and cooperative I woul like to mention some of there names Amit and Zeena with there collgues from the reception. Lalite the old energetic man in the loopy who do every thing to make you staying is memorial. The driver Mr sing was informative.

  we took a risk of booking a room a t basil, because couldnt find many reviews. But must say we had the best stay in delhi or rather all of the india in this 4 star hotel category. Delicious food & super friendly - ever smiling staff just made our stay care free. Ordered food at 3 in the night. 24 hour room service was excellent. None of the other hotels o - This is a great place for business customers like me the staff went out of their way to be helpful to obtain services, like SIM card and product stands I required for an Expo that I was presenting at. The Taxi driver they supplied spoke good English and found all our needs and helped build up our stand at the Expo, I will use this hotel again thats for sure. Top marks Guys.
