If you are on a business trip ok, for touristic purposes I wouldn`t suggest... the staff were very cooperative , one day we had to leave the hotel very early and they managed to open the restaurant at 6:00am which is 30 min earlier so we can have our breakfast. reception staff very helpful. It lacks character and warmth. you can hear the dogs barks in the room. Saloon on 9th floor, i dont think they know what they are doing. As a place with a kitchen and cooking options, it lacks a few things. Top of the list is a scrubber and a dish washing soap or liquid. I cooked one night and was embarrassed not to be able to clean the pots. It would also help to have another bigger fry pan. Some of the clean plates were dirty and needed to be re washed. The central air-condition was not good. The wooden flooring was annoying since it made a lot of noise while walking on it. Alot of disturbing. & getting head aches. Location is bad. Only consolation is the proximity to the Mayur Vihar Extension Metro Station. Untrained staff, totally incompetent front desk staff Air conditioning ducts have mice and birds inside Elevators don't work properly Lights turned off in common areas Horrible location. Employee Seevice. Bad laundry services. Less options in breakfast for vegetarians competitor hotels like double tree hilton hotel offer way better breakfast than fraser suits and yes not to mention it was cold too.
