1. First of all, the hotel is on the main Juhu area, very closer to the beach, in a prime locality. the hotel may be small but really nice, bright, safe, neat and good to the standards. 2. I stayed at the Single Economy Studio room. I was glad the room and the bathroom looked and was maintained neat and good as it was on the hotel website. all reviews » I have been a resident of Mumbai for 7 years. Was returning to the city on work/pleasure. Since I know the city well, I can confidently state that this is one of the best places to stay in Mumbai. The staff is excellent, the rooms are comfortable (had a mirror atop the bed), and the breakfast spread is 5-star worthy. I forgot the name of the gentleman at the restaurant, but he has a better sense of hospitality and attention to service than the staff at a few 5-stars I have stayed at. Great job!. The location, friendly staff, good breakfast (complimentary, english B.fast), professional outlook, clean bathrooms, large windows that open up to view the tree tops beneath, Little cards in the front desk about various locations in Mumbai. Every time, I switched on the AC, it kept giving me dust smell!! I was first of all ill, and this added to it!! I was given the option to check out anotha room at first, but since I hardly had time, didn't bother much to shift.. Jus the AC needs proper maintenance!! Nothin else.. The room is quite small (99 square feet to be precise), but well planned and an optimal utilization of space. since u asked me what i didn't liked, the break fast was not as international standard. iam allso indian but there was mostly south indian Idli and so on there was nothing continental wich western people can eat. its sad that to see those people didnt liked that break fast,i was watching them it was sad and the staff doesnt approch to provide them other allternat food it should be realy improved that section,but all in one the hotel is clean and nice thanks for that cleanliness. The 2 rooms cost us 930 pounds for 6 nights, with one way free transfer to the Airport. Entrance. The buffet was slow as a no of Indian Guests including me and my colleagues were kept waiting on all days of my stay for our Indian Paranthas and dishes to be refilled in the Buffet...... Rest all was good........ Dining and communial space very limited with basic tables and chairs. Only one problem I had, my room card use to de activate everyday, had to always change it which use to be annoying, otherwise all went well. Rooms were very small...my only complaint. Everything else was great. the front office staff were not too friendly, restaurant space is small.. Un-avaialabilty of a travel desk for site seeing in Mumbai. the room ended the moment you step in... Easily the smallest room I have every stayed in my life. The room was too small, bed mattress was not comfortable,. nothing in particular exf. Room service was pretty bad. Nothing. Nothing. I should pay for internet. Exorbitant charges for wi fi, hotel car, etc. Confusing system for turning lights and power on. Carpet smell. the room was a bit dark and I felt it was quite expansive for the hotel facilities. For visiting Mumbai this place is not suitable, it is too far away from the center and I didn't felt safe around the hotel (on the streets). They charged a lot for the transfer to the airport. Took a lot of time for check-in,waited almost 2 hours to get the rooms. The room key was de-activated every day even though we had booked for 3 nights. there are renovating the hotel , they should have more tables at the restaurant it gets crowed in the morning at breakfast time. - Staff never seems friendly and are unwilling to help you. It is very apparent - we have waited so much to get into the room - taxes are very high, you can be surprised when you see the total bill during check out.
