The staff was very friendly. The food and service were great. The hotel is exactly on the beach and the beach is not dirty how people talk about India. Mumbai is a modern city that everyone should visit. I was traveling alone and I was walking also alone even late in the evening. The hotel has also security and they provide transport from and to the airport. I have stayed in Citizen earlier and hence I came back to you guys in March'2013. I like the place and the comfort and the staff who are very courteous.

Very nice staff, location on the beach was refreshing and they offered a free airport shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. There were always 2 to 3 guys at reception so was helpful. Even thought Mumbai is not really famous for a beach holiday but it is quite nice that the hotel is located right on the beach. Directly on the beach. Pleasant staff. Rooms are so small and value for the money is poor.Toilet is so small. Night was very noisy due to some function down and i don't have a Good opinion about this hotel. This time I was disappointed because I was staying at 115 and due to sewage problem I was asked to move to a different room and the entire view of the sea facing which we like was lost and hence it was disappointing. Hope issues like these will be taken care off for us to have a wonderful trip. The breakfast was just okay. A better selection of fruit would have been nice and the toast was always cold. Could have had more variety, although it was nice to order eggs any way you liked. They should consider replacing some of the doors and frames that are molding. Not a huge concern for us, as we are used to this in the tropics. Just the same, this is a health concern and others might not be so accepting. Free internet only in the lobby. That the terasse on the roof was only available when the beach terasse was used for weddings. rooms are small. Shower area is very small. Rooms should be together if booking done together. There is no wifi in the rooms. Non smoking people had to be given a different place in the restaurant which was outside. We had some people who where guest were smoking right infront of us. The size of the rooms were too small. We had 2 rooms; the one on the 3rd floor was nicer than the one on the 1st floor: brighter, newer, bigger beds, for exactly the same amount of money. Staff and value for money.
