The hotel has been completely renovated and is brand new. The staff were exceptionally helpful and all spoke good English. It is very close to the Jordan subway station, so all of HK was easy to reach. There are a lot of high end restaurants nearby, but also many inexpensive Chinese restaurants. This provides better service and sincerity than hotels. Who lets you take a nap when you reach at 7am? Packs another room for you to rest then help you change into nearer room without hassle? Great wifi speed. Water freely available. Nice hosts. Rooms are small but hey, it is good for a night's rest and is right above B1 exit of Jordan MTR.
