Great hotel, excellent staff and beautiful design! Stayed there for 4 nights, now its my favourite hotel in Hong Kong.Location is very good too!. I loved the style/ design of the hotel. Also, Priya at the reception was really great in helping us do some sightseeing. Loved the design of the room! the view is fantastic, especially from spa and pool!staff was very helpful and friendly.

The view is good. It's very convenient to go shopping because there is a huge shopping mall nearby. I have been here several times. I want to die in a W Hotel bed! So comfortable. The hotel was creatively designed and very clean. The food was also outstanding. Great location.... The location of the hotel is next to Elements Mall, which is good, but most of the action is on Hong Kong side, so we had to take cabs everywhere and some of them refused to go to Kowloon because of the tunnels and tolls. no free wifi available for guests brunch finishes quite early. I had a strange noise came from a maintenance work in the near building. The business hour of the cuisines around the hotel is a bit late by 11 am. Its location is not optimal or close to any tourist destinations, although it is within walking distance of the MTR. Next time I visit Hong Kong I will stay on the island. Too many construction surrounding the hotel. no free Wi-fi Taxi driver ripped off but the hotel did not help, refused to give the plate number. switching elevators is slow and cumbersome. They charges extra for everything !. Booked online for 3 people (2Adult + 1Child). When we booked in we're advised that Room only had a king size bed, and that if we wanted a fold out bed it would cost extra. the bath floor& walls and counter in the room tv's unit had lots of stains also the floor in the room did not look/feel clean When I was there 2 years ago I had a better impression. Room smelly, not friendly and etc....
