Bad smell in room - lack of good cleaning Vent noise in room.
Rooms were a bit small, elevator was tiny.

- They do not have non-smoking rooms / floors, we had to cover our
nose and sleep on 1 of the nights as someone on our floor was smoking
in the night.
- the room is SO SMALL, there were 2 of us in the room, and we cannot walk around at the same time, and we could not open our luggages on the floor at all; we had to pack our (dirty) luggages on the bed one after another and then sleep on the bed :(
- no bathroom mat
- TV only had 6 channels, of which 2 showed Goodrich's advertisement.

The room was as wide as the bed and 660 cm longer than the bed so cramped. Condition a little scruffy.

4) I could not even send email out via outlook and the hotel could not solve the issue.

It's not hotel it's guesthouse. Rooms very small, no fresh air. No space even for wardrobe. If you have money will be better to choose somethng else.
