Beautiful hotel - very clean, comfortable, wonderful family who runs it (thank you Giannis and Emmi - very helpful and kind people!!). I had a really great time. Mykonos is really beautiful but sometimes I didnt want to leave my room; this is how gorgeous and comfortable the room was. Will recommend to all my friends. And I already want to come back here, next time for a month stay. Beautiful!!.
all reviews » The hotel owners are very attentive and helpful. Giannis (the owner) made us feel more like being hosted by friends than staying in a hotel, and gave us lots of great tips and info on what to visit on the island. The location is very good, as it is just 10 minutes walking from the town center but at the same time in a very quiet location. Internet connection was always available. If the maximum rating factor was 100 this accomodation would rate at 99.9. Yanni and Amy are extraordinary hosts. This could be the only place in the E.U. where you can learn the game of "Give Me Knucks, Dude" from the hosts' children, Maria and Dimitri. We highly recommend this delightful accomodation. The breakfasts were exceptional. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. I stayed here with 4 other girls and it was really good, big clean rooom, big shower and bathroom. It was a short walk into town and the owners were so nice and helpful in telling us cheap places to eat, what beaches to go to, how to get to different parts of the island as well as helping us with our luggage and transporting us to and from the port on short notice. very private feel, very quiet. enough out of the way that if mykonos town were any busier this would be a blessing! yanni and amy were sweet & attentive. despite being their 'easter', yanni picked us up & dropped us off airport/port. no b'fast opted for, easy to prepare in room. genuinely good value for money, esp. for a family. A realy nice family run hotel, let them know and they will collect you from the ferry port or drop you off at the Airport. 10 min. walk down town but an uphill walk back but the local bus is easier. Clean and tidy rooms with fridge and free WiFi. They recommended a great restaurant for dinner "The Atlantida". the hotel is family owned and they are amazing lovely people. very clean hotel and everytime i went out and came back the room was clean. the design of the hotel is nice and as the name of the hotel suggest it has a garden. it is just 5 min walk to the town. Good local knowledge of attractions, bus services etc. This place was wonderful. The owner are so kind, very helpful, and they make you feel at home, ¡even you are in another country! Location is good too but Greece needs to get on with making some sidewalks as the walk to town (just under 10 mins) is somewhat dangerous. Home based hotel. Very clean and tidy. Pick up from ferry or airport Euro 5, rooms are rather large. The place is located about 10 min. walk from the city center. Good value during off season. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On the bus route to the main beaches. There was not much to dislike about this hotel. never could get in to yahoo or google. internet 'connected', but strength didn't, even when i was in reception at 8 p.m. Mykonos was very busy and this was mid. September. We island hopped round 6 islands in 3 weeks and this was the busiest. But then we are middle aged and not 20 - 30 !! and the Cruise Ships where in. Bathroom a bit on the Small side. The small bathroom with no shower curtain. If you are after nice beaches you will be better off renting a quad or you can take the bus as the closest beach is not great.. nothing really. The breakfast was not very nice - I wouldn't bother paying the 5 Euros. Nothing to dislike. A bit of a walk from town back to the hotel at night along a traffic road. nothing in particular. Mykonos is pricey compared to other places in Greece. The walls are very thin, it can get loud depending on your neighbors. I had 2 single beds instead of one large bed and they kept moving apart and away from the wall. No restaurants or cafes really close by. Be aware that Mykonos is very touristy, rather expensive and cruise ships in the port all the time. Mykonos is a very busy town at the height of the tourist season with lots of motorbike traffic. It's not easy to walk from the town to the accommodation due to high traffic volume and lack of footpaths.
