Everything- from location to facilities...the owner/receptionist Georgia was extremely helpful and very nice. She attended to everything promptly and helped us whenever needed. She was really a gem! The hotel was tastefully decorated too. Its a walking distance to the main streets, little venice and the windmills. Ornos beach is walkable as well. But Bus stop is nearby, if you dont want to walk. Cost is 1.60 euro each way. Or you can ire bikes for about 22 euro for 24 hours.
all reviews » As a solo woman traveller I felt very safe here and the fact that they picked me up at the airport and dropped me at the port when I left was a real bonus. Its a 5-10 min walk into the centre which was no problem at night as there were plenty of people around. The girl on reception spoke good english and was very helpful. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. 10 min walk from the center of Mykonos. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which takes you everywhere on the island. I read a lot of comments on this site complaining about the shower curtain. Honestly, in Greece, consider yourself lucky just to have one!. The hotel was very well situated in relation to the ferry terminal to the Greek Islands. Staff were friendly and gave good advice. Very helpful staff, Good breakfast, sunset on balcony, very good price, very clode to center + bust stop, excellent !. Really close to town, only 5-10 min walk, across the road from a supermarket and car/quad bike hire place. Georgia was so sweet and always very helpful. Arranged lifts for me last minute when my plans changed. Great value for budget travelers. Clean, basic continental breakfast, comfortable. Everything was good. Frieendly staff, near to Mykonos' town and the busses. Georgia was fantastic -rooms clean -great pick-up and drop off service. The woman who works atcthe reception desk is the very best part of the hotel. She made my stay there wonderful. Full of information about Mykonos & other Greek Islands. free wifi, breakfast, pick up and drop off to port, kind friendly staff, walking distance to little Venice but excluded enough that it's quiet. Is more cheap than each Mykonos hotel. Bathroom, particularly the shower was too small. But I think thats the case in all over greece. There was no pool, it was quite hot when we're were there, would have been nice to swim. The wifi in my room was terrible - it was truly as if there was none. In the common lobby/breakfast area it was better, but still bad. Internet very seldom works even though hotel advertises that there is free Wi-Fi. If you are planning to use internet a lot and think that you will have it here, you will be disappointed. However, when I found out that the Poseidon Hotel (about 10 minutes away and owned by the same company that owns Magas), has reliable internet, I got permission to use the internet for free at the Poseidon. Would love the option of a later check-out time. a little bit far from the city centre but that's why the price is so attracting!!. Το πρωινό τελειώνει νωρίς. showering got the entire bathroom soaking wet (no shower curtain) hard bed. No safety box in room, wifi is weak (get booted out lots). Very simple rooms. Must be change to this hotel more better,to awful.
