The hotel stuff is very friendly and showed great hospitality. The guy, George, picked us from the airport and sent us to ferry port. he is super nice guy. We checked out earlier and left 2 bags with reception. we totally forgot about that even when we were waiting for the ferry. Then the hotel tried to call me many times and I picked up the call at the end and the hotel stuff told me that George was on his way to send us the stuff. in few mins time, I saw George walking to us with our stuffs. .

Also Joe, the chef George and the bellboy, the cleaning girls were all really hardworking and the service was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Mykonos. I got the Executive Suite with Private Pool and it was beautiful: amazing view, nice iluminated pool and very confortable room. The staff was nice and helpful and made me feel like home. The barman was a very sweet guy and gave me nice tips about the city. I've been in many 5* hotels around the world and many also in Greece, and I was happily surprised with this 4*. I highly recomend it. My wife and i visited the hotel as our first honeymoon destination and found the honeymoon suite spectacular. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They wanted to assisst and help in every possible way. Plus the way they care for their place and their customers is fantastic. The food at their new restaurant was finger licking and prices were not too high. The location was amazing, the room was unbelievable it was massive with pool and very large deck. The staff were amazing so attentive with a special mention to Aldo he made us feel like we were the only ones there!!. So close to Mykonos town we could walk.... Quality,service style everything was there 10/10. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite and the view from the terrace was awesome. The day of departure we got a free transfer to the airport. During all our stay staff was friendly and willing to help. We ordered some room service, food was delicious and barman recommended us a good bottle of wine. Well first let me say I have been to Greece and Mykonos on several occasions. Grand beech Is hard to fault, the room was great, the bed was great and very comfortable, the view was of the windmills and the bay. What can you say it was pretty damn perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The Grand Beach was very nice! The pool and view were lovely. Fantastic value for the money. We loved how close it was to Mykonos town and even the small little beach. The honeymoon suite was just great and had a HUGE patio area. Very nice staff. The views towards the windmills are great and the Grand Deluxe category rooms are very spacious. For Mykonos the hotel is reasonably priced (which means on another island it would be much too expensive....). Good location just outside Mykonos town, perched on a hill overlooking the beach. The hotel was modern. The room we stayed in was newly built and had a nice designer look and feel. Staff were friendly. I liked the hotel which is done up very beautifully and is spic and span. White floors of marbles are finely laid which adds luxury to the entire space. Breakfast spread was the best in the morning. Fantastic Hotel with Superb views from the Balconies. It was not far from the main town but on a hot day it's obviously a harder walk. Hiring the quad bikes were good. It was a good way to see the island. Good location Great pool. Location. The map is not details enough. Maybe this is not the hotel problem but the map prepared by the city. anyway, hotel probably can do a bit more study to tell people the street name or specific location that people can get their stuff, like water etc. Everything was great. No negatives. They could have an iron table and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Could be also possible to control the lights at the swiming pool in case I would like to swim after midnight in a warm summer night. But I have nothing to complain. Wonderful 7 days in Mykonos. If I'm really going to pick things apart not that I am interested in the tv at all, but the perfect factor was somewhat dampened by the fact that the tv was old and there were only 3 channels that worked. Like I said I don't really care, as I only turned it on whilst getting dressed. But having full international satellite would be nice. We weren't a big fan of the breakfast buffet. A lot of the hot food was cold. There is no privacy on the terraces/balconies. Everybody can look onto everybody else's balcony. The three Grand Deluxe Rooms on the top have only a very low partition wall, so it feels like a communal terrace. The walk into town is uncomfortable, because there is no pedestrian sidewalk and the road is narrow with some crazy drivers around. Brekafast is repetitive and should have more choices in a 4 star hotel. It took a while to get a reply to my request for a transfer from the port to the hotel, and the reason in my opinion was because the hotel is under staffed. Due to the strong winds in Mykonos, the satellite TV mostly didn't work. I have no complaints. I was not allowed even a second more in the room from the given check out time. Wi-fi was a bit weak in the room and the gym equipment needed some attention. It was a little far out of town. It was definitely a long walk to town. They didn't drive us back to the port because we were leaving to early. Techno music played all day at the pool. Poor food choices and high prices at the restaurant. The gym was poor and equipment not very good. The road leading in to town was slightly hazardous. I didnt like the difference between the quality of the rooms on the 5th and those on the 4th. The breakfast is satisfactory,there is no many different options,if I compere the others hotel I was. A little too expensive during the high season. Fresh fruit options for breakfast. breakfast could of been little better, but it was free.. That you have to walk to the beach and it has a lot of rocks. Location a little out of town. The bar menu was a bit expensive. The blender was out of action so we couldn't enjoy a nice cocktail by the pool. Breakfast finished at 10. Allowing guests to smoke in their rooms even though complaining.
