As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel. The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter. The walls were soundproof and I had a comfortable night's sleep on a lovely mattress every night of my stay. And the staff were friendly, courteous and prof.

Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express. - Hotel location - just in the middle between the very center and Humburg Hafen (+ on 2 minutes walking distance from metro!) - Exellent services of very comfortanle price (we've got everything, that expected from Holiday Inn) - Very clean. The room is very clean, modern design, large bathroom with high pressure water, friendly staff, nice breakfast, flat tv and many more. Not suitable for family with child cause it location near too red light district. Ha ha ha. A comfortable value for money hotel with an excellent breakfast that we will definitely stay in again should the need to go to Hamburg arise in the future. MAN Wah restaurant topped off our short stay. Delicious meal. the room was spacious and very comfortable,we did not have to pay any extras like some hotel chains for our breakfast. situated behind the reeperbahn area so not noisy close to all the sightseeing areas .
