Location was great for the Schanze area nightlife, was nice hotel, large clean room and bathroom. Very clean friendly hotel and very close to nightlife in Hamburg. I'd recommend the Fish Market on Sunday morning which was had live bands on from about 8am.The quality of breakfast. The smile and help of the staff on the desk, which were always present. cleanliness of the room was excellent. Comfort in the room was great for the value of the room. motorat messe ,shoping, weissbeer. 24 hour porter, clean rooms. As we were going to watch St Pauli FC the hotel was perfect as the location to the football ground was only a 5min walk away.hotel staff pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and for the price we paid excellent value for money. The closeness to everything that a group of 30, 25 to 30 year olds were after. In the St Pauli district, but still very quiet and pleasant. Close to Reeperbahn. Very well located, close to the Harbour, SanctPauli night places and not far from the Town Hall Square, you may walk if it is not raining heavy. walking distance to the Reeperbahn; nice clean room.Clean and tidy room with decent bathroom. it was in the middle of everything i wanted to do.the closeness to area we wanted to stay. The size of the room. Big room, clean, good location. Free parking, cheap price.its was ok,however when we arrive the 10 of us only 2 rooms where ready, the twin room was still gettin bulit. we did not get a reducing on the room and we paid on arrival,. pleasant reception staff keen to help, room adequate but very run down area.The location was quite good, 5/10 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants on the Reeperbahn. The room had a very nice bathroom, looked brand new. The hotel lacked character.The only positive thing about this hotel was the w-lan internet access -which we had to ask for (although it was mentioned on the website). Nothing. Not the hotel's fault but it was rather noisy and you could hear everything through walls and ceilings. was there for 3 days and the towels were not changed. didnt really matter compared to how much we paid for the hotel. The pilow was to uncomfortable! Noise from the street (cars). We ordered 2 rooms and only received 1 for 5 persons which was a bit overcrowded, although the Hotel owner gave us free breakfast for our inconvenience.We were on the third floor and would have liked an elevator/lift for use with the luggage on arrival/departure. no elevator. There is no elevator. No breakfast is included in the price. It was not in the best part of town (red light district). no private parking available, must park our car on the street; noisy hallway at night.There was no Internet connection so the hotel could only accept cash and required payment on check-in (we needed to get cash before receiving our room key). no elevater.bad selection of breakfasts. no elevator whilst room was on fourth floor. We were given a room for five however we booked a normal double room. Itwas a bit weird to stay in such a large room. There was a tv set, it wasold and did not show pictures, just made terrible noise as if it wasgoing to explode. But as we did not want any fancy hotel, just a nightstay, we didn't mind :). I felt the price we were charged was a wee bit much considering the room was not even finished. but apart from that it was ok. no lift or fire escape, we where on the top floor, no cleaning during our 2 night stay. It was incredibly noisy at night time. One evening we were kept awake all night by people running down the corridor and groups of lads yelling. Very little soundproofing.It was definitely not worth the 118.00 Euro we paid for 2 nights - ahostel would have been better, as we then would have been prepared forwhat we get for our money. I would not recommend this hotel for couplesor for people who would like to enjoy their stay in Hamburg. There was no service at all (they didn't clean the room!) and the room was located right beside the bar. This meant noise till 4 a.m. and no sleep.
