Very clean and comfortable room, facilities were great. Parking was a
bit squished but it was fine. Location is good proximity to the city
center (with a car as we had) and many supermarkets etc. Overall it was
a great stay with no issues.

Booked a twin room which was to have access to a kitchen, got there and
was told we were in a different building which didnt have a kitchen,
though we had booked there specifically for this reason. This should
probably be changed to acknowledge that not all rooms have easy access
to this. However staff were very apologetic and changed/upgraded us
to a full apartment with limited fuss as did not seem aware it had been
advertised as this.
Noisey as close to rail and main thorough fair. Little break from the noise of train, truck, bus etc. No air circulation, room very stuffy.

We had to share the bathroom, which wasn't clear from the
information on the website. The shower didn't work so we
couldn't shower properly. There were train tracks right next to
the hotel.
arrive after 18:00, then they ask me for more 10 euro.

The rude staff, the constant noise of trains and cars, the fact that we didn't have towels, were 9 people sharing one toilet, nothing was clean, the staff was NEVER around and didn't respect the agreement I made with them about checkout (the whole reception was shut down for the entire day!), everything was just bad.
