Big room for a super price. very silent - staff really efficient and nice. Good TV choice of TV programs (but 16€ for a m ovie is a way too expensive). Parking under the hotel. and on top of that: the Japanese restaurant is fantastic. Truly an exceptional business stay. I'm a tough critic--this hotel delivered and went the extra mile (helping with BA's lost luggage, etc.). That is was in the Japanese district of munich and that it was a very convenient and easy walk into the Altstadt.

We like japanese food so this hotel was ideal. It is away from the Alstadt so no noise but the main U bahn is within a 5 minute walk. we were able to walk to konigs alle and the altstadt within 20 Mins. No cake at midnight. air conditioning was not working properly, far too hot in the room, cannot open the window, lady at checkin not nice at all, cleaning products smell during breakfast.The ac was not working in most of the rooms it is really old ,the toiletwas very dirty and had yellow stains, house keeping don't change thetowels/sheets every day they cheat us by just folding the used one,hotelcharged for every request such as hot water for my baby and ice !!! evenusing the swiming pool is charged !!!! finally you have to watch outyour final checkout bill.

Please note that the Sky Spa is accessible for a small fee, but admission is included for some room categories. The Benkay Teppanyaki Restaurant is closed from Sunday to Tuesday, except during Trade Fairs. At the end of the exit turn left to B7 in direction to Düsseldorf. Straight on, following the B7. The B7 will change after 3 km into „Grafenberger Allee“. Follow „Grafenberger Allee“ straight on until the street changes, after ca. 2,5 km, into „Am Wehrhahn“. After 1
km, before „Am Wehrhahn“ changes into „Schadowstraße“, turn half left into „Oststraße“. On „Oststraße“ turn left after 500 m into Immermannstraße. The hotel is located at your right side.

Coming from highway A57

At the junction „Neuss / Hafen“ follow the B1 in direction to Düsseldorf (Rhine-bridge, “Düsseldorf-Neuss”, “Südring”). At the 4th crossroad after B1 turn left into „Merowinger Straße” in direction to “Düsseldorf / Zentrum”. Straight on until the end of
„Friedrichstraße” („Graf-Adolf-Platz“). There, turn right into „Graf-Adolf-Straße“. After ca. 700 m on height of the big post office building turn left into „Immermannstraße”.The hotel is located at your left side.
