Soap was nasty looking, we didn't use it.The noice coming from a bar outside the hotel is very bad did not stop till about 2am and then the morning trffic starts around 6am so didn't get a good sleep.location good rooms size is very small but the breakfast was excellent. smelly dirty carpets. the noice as you hear every move in the street and other rooms , the room is so small , the lighting in room not so good , no safe box. the rooms need a new docoration. run down, needs maintenance. There was a bad odour in the room and the bathroom was disgusting. I had to wait 6 hours for a cleaner before I could use it and he used my towels from the rail to clean the shower!. We had to wait for 1,5 hour before our room was ready. Even after that time the room floor was dusty, hair in the bathroom, no soap. We hope it was due to the date - we arrived on January 1st.The room was very poor, the dust was hanging from the roof, the smell was not good, 350euro per night is far off too high for this room. This is a price of suites in 5 starshotels! If the price had been1/3 of the actual price I would have considered to stay based on the localisation and the staff which was very friendly and helpful. Uncomfy bed and not particuarly attractive place. Poorly cleaned, small room, overall a shabby place.
