Near t ocity centre. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the train station and the old town quarter as well as value for the money.Ok location, we wanted triple rooms with 3 single beds and we had 3 of these, really clean rooms, good breakfast. Hotel doors are locked at night, so you need to carry the room key with you. Breakfast was very good.all reviews »
Vicinity close to all ammenities Breakfast hot and cold meals nearhauptbahnoff and ostrasse u bahn. Good location, very friendly stuff.good central position , helpful staff, good size room. Friendly staff, clean. Spacious room with separate kitchenette. Some English spoken at reception for advice, etc. All day transport ticket was of good value. Breakfast was substantial and convenient. Travelcard was accepted for payment. Clean and comfotable for a reasonable priced hotel. Central located for christmas market, station and buses. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Unluckily someone very noisy (maybe kids) was staying upside of my room and I heard the jumping/running noise till very late at night. I hope the room will be more noise-protected. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. No lift. Didnt get your bed made every day. No tea or coffe facilities in the room , if this was suoplied it would have been great as you are ready for a cuppa after being out and about all day and first thing in the morning.The piping - hot warter and drain wasnt functioning well. Busy location - some traffic noise.room design, reconstruction works in front of the hotel. Thin sheets, bathroom light not working,. No lift, no coffee or tea making facilities in rooms. Some minor breakdowns in room (not all lights working properly). Price due to fair. Not really a hotel. Very impersonal. no air condition. The fact that we booked at the start of the year to guarantee a triple room, only to be told on arrival 9 months later that this was not possible and had to have single and double. Although they did not charge us any extra. The hotel has no elevator; the rooms need some small repairs and increse of confort level. It is an hotel classified as 3 stars but does not deserve more than 2.no hotel parking. quad room too small than what I had in mind. no lift (had to carry all bags up to the 3rd floor). It has Ikea furniture, 4 beds in the same room. Windows did not close properly. Freazing wc. Street noice. 4 levels with not elevator. Not one room service. And 370€ per night. Its dreadful.1. Was missing general information there is no lift. 2. Declared wi-fi was "too week" on my room and therefore I was not able to work. 3. There were missing handles on the window and door in the bathroom and therefore it was whole the time draught in the room. 4. The lighting was "too week" and it was hard to read etc....
