The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.The room was incredible for what we paid, beautiful service, overall very pleased. The breakfastbuffet was very elegant, and the restaurant is very nice.

Staff in breakfast room could be more customer focused.the bed sheets. the cleaners came into room both mornings whilst i was still in bed! no tea/coffee making facilities in the hotel.Room was a bit tired, relatively small and ready for refurbishment. Views (in courtyards) very limited. But the advantage is "quiet"!.
