Everything was superb! Fantastic location near the station, you go out
and you can find everything you need at few steps. Huge and cleaned
apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small but fully equipped kitchen, big
bathroom, and 2 fantastic sofas where you can relax with your friends.
Marko, the owner was very kind, he helped us with the luggages because
of 5 floors without lift and he gave us many useful information for our
holiday. No doubt we will return to Kaiser Apartments for our next stay

We have enjoyed staying in Kaiser apartment and to be honest we liked
there everything. The stares are a little bit challenging but it is
nothing to do with apartment itself. Marko the owner was very friendly
and helpful, he made us discount due to some problems in heating system
which was fixed immediately. Furthermore he had provided microwave the
next day we checked in. We will definitely book this apartment again
during our next visit in Berlin.
The apartment is very spacious and well located close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. We managed to park a few streets away for free but you cannot guarantee how close you will be able to park.
The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks good english. You need to make sure that you let him know in advance what time you expect to arrive.
Great location, with the S bahn and U bahn just near the apartment, ideal location for traveling in Berlin. Good staff, clean. Will absolutely come again.

There is no microwave and the curtains in the front bedroom do not block out the light adequately. I would have liked to have some fire safety instructions and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, particularly as the apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with a wooden staircase.
