Staff were great and tended to my every need politely. Breakfast was great. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left. I felt safe there and had a great view outside. wireless, parking and bedlinen/towels were all included. The hotel has a nice location, very central and few meters from the s-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The room I had was very quite, small but goeswell with the price. The hotels workers were kind and very helpful.Recommend it.

I did not like the policy of the hotel that you have to pay in advance for the next 4 days ,we planned to stay.I did not like it at first, but later,good connections in the neibourhood and good buffett helped.The room temperature wasn't so adequate for the season (cold in the night), but for this money I think it is fair enough. Entrance is very dark and unpolished. Reception is also far away from the entrance. But once passed this point, this hotel is comfortable. Just in front of the S-Bahn station.the whole place stank of cigarettes, even the towels. Water was running down the wall and into our room. We informed the staff in the morning but they didn't seem to care that much.Terrible hotel, doesn't rate 1-star. Next to a loud bar. Filthy entrance staircase. Listened to door bell buzzing and door slamming all night. Room smelled of smoke. Staff spoke zero English. Don't stay here!.
