The location. the location and the location. It is located across the street from the Paris Nord train station (which connect to trains to othe countries and to Paris metro). There are multiple restaurants near to this hotel and one can eat all kinds of food (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. WIFI was also effective. I will recommend, if 1 or 2 people want to stay and use train as mode of transportation. all reviews »
my wife and i just stayed one night at this hotel for transit. unfortunately no time to explore around the place except a casual walk before we headed to de Gaulle airport the following morning. the hotel is well situated at the Gare du Nurd. yet we struggled a bit to find our way as the train station is huge. our room was clean and aircon running well. no complaint. the buffet at 9 euro per head is convenient who wants to start the day early.
Absolutely nice room for three (we had it with a small balcony looking at Gare du Nord) which has everything you need, including a big mirror on the door not to be blocked when somebody is in the bathroom. New, fresh, very clean. Reception is very helpful and smiling. The metro line 4 which is just out of the hotel is very comfortable to reach everything in the city.
Excellent value for position - ie near Gare du Nord from where one can get to/from CDG airport, Eurodisney and to the main tourist areas. Air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly, rooms clean, bathroom accessories a bonus for this class of hotel. Breakfast slightly more than expected of a "continental" breakfast. Good value for money.
My room was clean, warm and quiet .It was nice to be there.The bed was comfortable and big enough.very good bathroom with a window.Free internet woked resonable. I was enjoying my stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for me because I need a Gare de Nord station every day.I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Excellent hotel right next to the Gare Du Nord train station. Great connectivity to the center of the city through underground/bus as well as to Disneyland through national trains. Good eating options as well (including Indian/South-Indian food). Room/bathroom/sheets very clean. Highly recommended!!.
Excellent location, very clean room with all necessary comforts, small of course, but that's par for the course in Paris. A minute's walk to Gare du Nord, Metro station right outside and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Helpful friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Very pleased with my stay, clean, comfortable place to stay. Bed was very soft and comfortable to sleep and staff was very friendly. Location is super! Hugely recommend! I stayed in many Paris hotels and this is best for this price.

Mr Rashed at the reception was extremely good. Hotel is located at the perfect location just beside the main station. Shopping is very close to hotel. Room is very clean with balcony where we enjoyed our smoking.
location, we need to be close to the station as we were in Paris for the Rugby game. In case we are planning to see another event to take place at the Stade de France, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
Room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly and let us keep out bags in reception after check out. Shower had good pressure, superb location coming off the Eurostar with loads of eateries about. All good.

Location is excellent... right next to Gare Du Nord .. Many restaurants right below.. also there is a Supermarket just 2 mins away.. where basic necessities can be available at reasonable prices.
Location-literally 50 steps from Gare du nord station in Paris. The
staff spoke very limited English but if you can jam together an iota if
French they do everything they can to assist you!.
Excellent central location but effective double glazing meant no traffic noise. Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities (unusual in France). Good value for money.
This hotel was merely a place for us to spend the night close to the Nord d'est train station - nothing more. Excellent location is you are travelling on the train.

The room size is very small. Sometimes, you need to use bed to cross the room. The bathroom door lock was broken. The lift is so small that two people cannot adjust with their backpack or with the luggage. Rest was fine.

The hotel was built before lifts were invented, so has a small lift. But I would not say it is a negative.

Room size but like most Hotels in Paris .. dun expect a big room... The Elevator is really small.. I was unlucky that the lift broke down for 2 days during my 4 nights stay.. My 64 year old mother had to climb up to the 5th storey.. that's the last thing you want to happen after coming back to the hotel from a tired day of sightseeing and shopping.

Breakfast was a bit basic.
Air conditioner was not working and dripping on the carpet. Manager gave us a towel to put on the floor to "muffle" the dripping sounds.
Unbearably hot in one of the rooms (6th/top floor). When complaining at the front desk, we got a indifferent answer that the could not do anything about it. Unsatisfactory!.
The carpet floor was not that clean. Expected noisy environment even in midnight.

To be honest, it's a great place to stay and I thoroughly enjoyed my

There was no sheet or cover for the duvet, only a sheet between the mattress and the duvet, and a sheet over the duvet. So I had to sleep on the top of it without anything to put over me.
