Location right in front of Gare du Nord. Halal food aplenty around the vicinity. Main bus station very near (next to Gare du Nord). Room size just nice for couple with big bathroom. Lift is available. Stayed on most top floor with balcony facing Gare du Nord. Great Location. Restaurants and supermarket on the corner. Walking distance from Gard D Nord and East. Small room good only for 2 persons with big privite bathroom. Hotel good to stay for the night and the rest of the day go visit this fantastic city.
all reviews » the location is really near with the Gare du Nord, it's right in front of the Gare so we can easily catch up the bus or metro. the bedroom was nice, with the small balcony so we still can have a fresh air. Great access to everything in Paris right across the street from the Gare de Nord train station which has EuroStar, SNCF, and the Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby, we found the area to be quite safe. Location is very convenient for train and underground access, literally across the street. Lots of restaurants and ATM and a small supermarket nearby. in centre,clean,friendly, helpful.good food to be had near by,to suit all pockets.would stay there again and would recommend. Excellent location with simple train from CDG to Gare de Nord. Good train service from there also into Paris. The cafe around the hotel, friendly staff and the attraction spots plus the bus station. One member of staff was very helpful with advice regarding travel to the airport. Large bathroom. Teh location was great. It was close to the Metro and the train station. It is easy to bo around paris because it is right infront of the train station. good location for travelers. Price, had a hair dryer. They toned down around 2-3am. Need extra indivudual pillows added to the roll. Shower floor was very slippery and need anti slipper protection. Shower does not have curtain and bathroom floor is all wet after shower. no hot drinks machine,but under going refurb,management realise and is being installed. TV channels being all French. Lift too small and only one Long bolster. No extra pillow. The room we had was really small and cramped,hardly any room to move about although in the photograph appeared bigger and was supposed to have been a family room. There were no tea making facilites. facilities a bit dated but excellent value for money. not so good sound insulation. Pillows and linen were ancient and thread bare. Poor soundproofing. Pickpockets!. The rooms could've been cleaner, found some hairs in the bed, bathroom, and shower. Week end staff rather casual. The safety deposit box didn't work, it was locked open. The staff couldn't fix it and they said a technician would come, but we heard nothing further. lack of drawers in room which had plenty of space for some. Renovating could have been told before hand-and could have been a bit cheaper because of mess -painter-wallpaper beginning ripped off -carpet being taken up -nevertheless would be. Happy to return. Hall ways and Reception too small. Breakfast option was a waste as - its located outside the hotel - and menu has nothing to offer. Pillows were no existent. The room was small compared to the bathroom that was roomy. The deadbolt did not work the first night. No refrigerator in the room. Since this is my second time at paris. And i last atay hotel Leige which is at garu du nord as well... The room is equally small as the last hotel i stayed and quiet expensive as well. Pillows are attached to the bed, which i dont like. It is not sound isolated. Very loud as it is across the street from a large train station. Bed not comfortable. Very small bathroom/shower. Staff were rude. Hotel was being re- done during our stay, all the floors except ours seemed to be stripped down, no carpets, no paint etc. with equipment all over the place. Building work started quite early in the morning and rooms were not very sound proof. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were almost non existent. Breakfast has not on site, had to walk around the corner to another hotel to get the breakfast that was included with the room. The staff was not to friendly.. It was under remodeling and the hotel at that price sucked. no pillow, old room, keycard need to keep at the front so i am not okay. mattress is too soft and pillow is a joke. WiFi ? don't count it too much. 1.5 stars. Would not stay there again. Tiny room for 4 persons. Poor facilities especially given the room rate of 198 euros. Location good for day trips for who needs gare du nord, but not safe area !!!!. They were painting the hotel at the time of our stay. My family and I (including a two year old) now have dry throats because we were intoxicated by the fumes. We also requested a cot for our stay, and we only received it after the second night because the same cot - which we weren't given sheets or pillows for and is broken- is used by two hotels. totally not the value for money. rooms have water pipes going thru the room. the rooms sizes are awful. the pictures shown on letsbookhotel.com just do not match with existing hotel. very deceptive presentation on web. The hotel is outdated simple things in the room like a coat of paint for a start . The bed covers were old blankets 1950 style ,bathroom horrible door falling of shower . lino on bed room floor was worn and dated like the whole place . worst place we ever stayed and we wont be using you guys again thanks for nothing. Not good at all.
