The price, the location. Hotel staff are helpful, good location, supermarket location isclosed by.the location close to the exhibition centre was great. Also having an apartment allowed me do work in comfort rather then in a cramped hotel room. Close to the metro, good parking facility, comfortable apartment for 4 persons for a reasonable price in Paris.Cooking facility was adequate and stocked with esential wares. Disability access to hotel from the parking area was poor.I think the hotel can do with a spruce up of the rooms e.g. a new coat of paint and carpets to be steam cleaned just to make it all look better. Should be easy access from the motorway but in fact difficult to find by car due to construction works in the street, no warning on the website. Strange dust smell in the room, steam cleaning of the carpet floor would be useful. Bathroom could be renovated or at least cleaned better.The general nastiness, worn and not kept up. Microwave about to fall offwall. The staff was nice to let us select from 3 rooms, but 2 had softlumpy beds and the one we took with a good bed smelled bad. None hadbeen updated any time recent and repairs where done were cobbled. smell of burnt cooking, poor selection of crockery (no cups or mugs).
