Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby. Perfect place to stay!!!. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. It was very close to the metro.Fantastic hotel, great rooms and facilities, staff were also excellent.

This is a lovely hotel with loads of facilities and a very extensivebreakfast selection. The Hammam was nice, though since it is single sex, so inconvenient on Valentines weekend. Nothing really, but if a suggestion can be made: a kind of "reception"at the swimming pool area would be required to easily get the towel,bath-robe, etc. - we had to ask the bar tender to explain how thesethings work... Not all of the tv channels that were advertised were available.The pool was cold, which was confusing because there was supposed to be a hottub. On our arrival, the receptionist told us that the breakfast was includedeven though our booking condition at the website was "withoutbreakfast". In the following morning, we asked at the entrance of therestaurant if it was included. The answer was no. If we did not confirm,they probably charged Euro 15 per person each day.The lowest priced rooms are very small - I had to get a larger room because there was no room for my son's crib. The cost of the buffet breakfast is way too high!!. Room was small; no dresser to put our clothes during our stay. Corners in the room and shower could do with more dusting and cleaning, but bed linnen and towels were OK. Location a bit far from centre, bedroom a bit cramped..e.g hard to walk between TV and bed. WiFi did not work (was out of service), but personel in the hotel was not able to tell me when or if the service would have recovered. So I was obliged to go into another hotel's lobby to connect to the network for urgent tasks. They could not find our reservation! They stuffed us for one night inthe mercury across the street. Do not accept this, as the mercury isredecorating. I would expect the hotel to come up with a much morefitting solution than letting you pay the full 4 star amount for a lousy3 star hotel accross the street. Btw: The bed was very small.The room was absolutelty tiny. We had to keep some clothes in the car as not enough space in room. Cupboard couldn't open properly as door clashed with bed. No minibar, no tea/coffee, no toiletry replacements, Extortionate bar prices. Small pool. Never a four star hotel. location.
