walking distance to the Effiel tower. and it had parking. nice place. Enjoyable stay, decent and very clean hotel, very courteous staff.Very good showers in bathroom/Staff pleasant and helpful. Location near to Paris Expo. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and how quiet it was at night. The easy access to the metro right across the street. Being near Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles and Metro station at Ballard.

It has a very good location if you intend visiting the Porte de Versailles Exhibition centre and the tube station is only across the road.It was very easy acces to the subway. Close to exposition center. The staff were friendly, good hard mattress on the bed - it really sorted my back out after a day on my feet at an exhibition! Great location for Parc des Expositions, tram and metro. Fantastic city, excellent public transport system, friendly people, good location for Parc des Prince.accessability to subway and Eifel tower as well. The location near the metro station Balard. The lift kept breaking down. For 14 Euros the breakfast did not look very interesting.Delay in waiting for food to arrive in breakfast buffet-food was of good quality when it did arrive. Room did not have enough lighting for winter use and no extra towels were available on request. Better directions to the parking area. Could not sleep during the first night because of noise on the roof above my room (I was on top floor) caused by flapping panel/door. This was eventually fixed the following day and I was not charged for that night. Also, the wired-in internet access does not work. I could only access the internet via the Swisscom wifi which had its own problems.I thought i paid thru booking (had given credit card for reservation) then on check out gave credit card to pay bill was i charrged twice? also billed for breacfast not eaten. the room was very small for 3 people.The room was very very small, not enough space to keep the luggage. The breakfast could have been better, and it would have been good if most of the non French speaking channels worked like CNN and Rai Uno, plus having SKY channels including SKY NEWS would be a plus.The bathroom smelled horrible, even after cleaners had been round. Temperature was hard to regulate. Facade repairs - scaffolding outside windows. Had to keep window shut. Constant over-use of aerosol "fresh air" spray around hotel, generally a bit tatty but friendly staff. Buffet breakfast 14 Euros each.a little bit noncommital,small rooms,bar out of order. very small rooms, reminded us ship cabins. They looked much biger in the pictures.All rooms are facing a very noisy street. The breakfast is very poor and expensive.
