I brought my elderly mother to Villa Victoria for a short trip to Nice. It was very clean, modern, and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms we stayed in had plenty of space. The staff was helpful and my mother enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is very convenient as well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and spoke brilliant English. The location of the hotel was excellent and was spotless. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean. The fridge was also very useful with the warm weather.

Yes, the internet did not work which was not good and there was no clockor radio in the room was very surprising. The hotel could have had internet access. The bar was small and maybethe hotel could do more to get guests to meet and chat in the garden. Ahappy hour for guests to meet each other.The airconditioning could be working better and preferably with less noise... the noise was the only thing that was annoying. We had to turn the system off in order to sleep... that meant no airco... I think there should be some anti-slip system in the bathtub and a system to help one lift themselves out of the high bathtub... a hand bar would help... the step in and out is quite high. The cupsin the room were impossible to drink out of, handles too small. Room had bath but no stand-up shower. Not realy althought do not like carpet on the floor would perfer tiles. Very limited parking facilities. I had to use public pay parking. Bar. It existed but was inadequate. No wine - in France?!!. The breakfast should be included in the price of the room. uncorfortable and small bed, windows not enough soundproof.
