great location and essential but brand new apartment.
brand new apartment in the heart of Lyon.
-Pillows and mattras were too soft -Noisy, it lies in the middle of the
centrum of Lyon (but was to be expected) -No blackout roller blinds -
Slow Wifi internet.
Although the apartment was booked for two persons there was only one set of towels on arrival. But after we asked for a second set, it was delivered the next day.

Unfriedly and unprofessional staff, it was not possible to pay by credit card but only by cash and I had to ask 3 times to get a receipt, many of the facilities listed on letsbookhotel.com were not actually in the room or were out of service, very weak wi-fi signal, very small toilet.
