The gentleman who checked us in (not sure name, but it was approx 12:30-1pm afternoon of 2/12/08) provided superior customer service, over and above the norm and anyone else at the front desk; it is to my discredit that I did not obtain his name, as myself and 2 friends all were equally impressed by his concise, friendly, professional service. Unit (triple) was clean and plenty of room. The central location was great.

We found the central heating was too hot for us during the night. We were unable to turn it down to less than 16 degrees. we had difficulty in getting tea in the early evening. The gentleman on the desk was very helpful and tried his best to get us tea making facilities, but could only find mint or camomile tea and not the usual Indian tea (breakfast tea).but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay..Our room had been a smokers room in the past and the smell was still present, although not too strongly. We requested a non smoking room. garage far away, breakfast. At night noise from walking and wakeful pedestrians and scooters. The breakfast selection is low standard and not worth the money. Just walk along the pedestrian zone and choose one of the cafes nearby instead. However the internet is free, it is quite slow.a bit tired - room needed refurb. The wifi internet connection in my room is very weak. My room is in the highest floor and in the corner. I have to go to the lobby to use the internet.No parking facilities. Uncomfortable bed.
