He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, a bit dated, but the building itself is very fitting for the town. Not 5 star, but a very nice place. Loved the location. Room was clean, just needs an update is all. I would stay here again.
