very nice and comfortable hotel with a swimming pool in the garden and its worth its price and the staff there is very friendly. it offers free internet access. As above and the following: spacious grounds, good restaurant, easy parking and ease of access to TGV station.reading by the pool. The staff were extremely helpful, particularly when a coachload of guests arrived. The hotel is not very large and they went out of there way to make sure that we were not neglected in any way.

Good location. nothing, would there had been a better review I would have never gone there. poor location, the last bus from the center is 19:46 and on sunday there is no bus to go back to the hotel. we took a taxi, it cost us 9 euro. The location is a little far from the medieval part of Avignon if you like to walk, as we do, but ok if you like to use taxis.Breakfast expensive. Room seemed to be partially renovated, but was comfortable.The horrible little plastic cups in the bedroom for drinks. Would have been good to know restaurant would not be open for the night of arrival. The only chair in room was very uncomfortable. Was too far from Avignon. I think it was actually Avignon South, was about a 1/2 hour bus ride to the centre, thats assuming the buses were on time, which they weren't, through housing commision areas, and burnt out cars. Last bus finished about 7:30 at night. Else had to get a taxi ride. I wouldn't have felt safe travelling there on my own. Room fairly small. No restaurants nearby. Room facilities could be better, room is adequate but small. Kettle but very little tea coffee milk (had to ask every day) Had to have top bed cover changed on arrival. (stained) All bed sheets and towels changed daily. (Very good). The location is terrible. It is a fair way out of town, there is nothing near the hotel and bus services don't run very frequently/late. The website states it is 1km from the TGV station, this would lead you to think that you can walk it... however we tried and wouldn't recommend it...by foot it is a lot further. fridge was not cold enough. There were a number of issues that I found with the hotel: (i) the noise from other rooms was quite evident in my room especially from the room next door. (ii) there was virtually no hot water and on the second morning there was no hot water or water pressure at all. This was very bad. and (iii) the quality and variety provided for breakfast was not very good especially for the individual price. We booked a triple room. We arrived to 2 single beds in a very smallroom. The staff squeezed another single bed into the room when we toldthem of the issue so that there was no room to walk around the beds.There was no lift and TV remote not working. The hallway was being decorated and smell of paint was very nautius. Toilet seat also loose. yes, the location, the little comfort in the rooms, no service at all, not even to help you with the luggage, this is not a 3 star, 1 star is the most they can get.
