the staff joseph and julin were very nice and friendly location to the tram network helpfulness internet access very good. Room was really comfortable and nice. Staff was very kind.Great price, good quality. friendly staff. The staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is in a quite district so the noise is minimal for a good sleep after a late night. The facilities are clean and everything is in working order. The bed is comfortable. Not much to complain about.

Nice hotel for short city trip. most things- very helpful reception staff. if you want to have the cheep price for the room i can recommend this hotel. It is rather clean and cosy. It is difficult to find it.The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is run down, but luckily there isonly a short walk from the hotel to a main tram station. its a bit off the beaten track. The breakfast could have been of better quality. I mention this because it is a four star hotel, and despite the nice range of variety, I think the standard could be better. Next time...take with you a bubble bath! It has been never repalced.Breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel. The hotel is not really in the city center but very well served by main tram transports systems.very uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast. Do not pay by credit card at hotel nabucco!!! The hotel charges 25to 30 % more because of their own conversion rate of 1:30 (euro toczech koruny).the location was a bit out of the way. and a little creepy at night. no one around the hotel seemed to know of its existence. only the cops did!. Rooms smelt like stale smoke...location was a bit out of the centre...train lines made for a noisy night's sleep. Services are very bad, they didn´t trade my towel and soap as well. They should improve this things. Another problem was that i booked two rooms with bath and just got one, i talked with them but they didn´t help me.
