This hotel is NEW! Clean, nice, quiet, close to the center (6 stops by tram). BIG great breakfast (coffe, tee, juice, bred, scrambled eggs, salami, cheese, milk, cereals, and more,,,) The room was perfectly clean, big bathroom with huge window, tub with shower (double room), shower (single room), tv with some english channels (cnn, nbc). BIG comfortable bed if you like to sleep on one side of bed.

The hotel has its own restaurant. I had dinner there twice, and both times it was excellent for a very reasonable price. There is a railroad behind the hotel, but it was not noisy, because the hotel was between my window and the railroad.First of all the reception staff were so helpful and friendly andspoke perfect English. They tried to do their best to help mewhenever I asked. Breakfast was good, try the pastries. The waiterswere also friendly, even though they did not speak English, you maystill communicate and get the correct food! The hotel is situated ina quiet area. Wonderful hotel with very good connection på the city centre by several trams. Very spacious rooms, clean and neat. The hotel restaurant served good food. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.New and clean rooms. Easy acces to the downtown even on foot. BUt it's better and faster with tram. Staff is very kind, speaks English, breakfast is correct, rooms are friendly (+tv, fridge, hairdryer), beds are comfortable. If you close the window, nothing can disturb you (I heard only 1 train in 4 days, you can't even decide if it's raining or not). There are brochures with maps at the reception, you can book sightseeing tours and u can leave your baggage there for free.The hotel is very good, almost new and in a very good location. The room had all the facilities and it was very big, great for this value. With the tram line 6 you can go to the center in a few minutes. The location is slightly not up to the mark (not exactly beautiful or pleasing to the eye). The place is some distance from the town center (5-6 stops by tram) but then the public transport network in prague is excellent and this is usually not a problem.Breakfast is understaffed. It would be useful to give detailed tram directions from the railway station on the website. Only a few small details can be evaluated as potentially not positive by me: the receptionist was not able to explain the driving details to go out of the city (saying she is not a driver and not from Prague so one can hardly blame her for that), some may not like the railway track in the direct vicinity (even though due to the new well sound blocking windows it was not at all disturbing) and I am sorry that the receptionst did not point out upon arrival the fitness centre they supposed to have. The staff could be more friendly . A little bit noise from the trains but not a big deal .Resturant/Bar close too early. No chance of having even a beer onarrival after long driving. its quite hot in some rooms, and there is no airco. the noise of train. Strange that we had fridge but nothing in it (no minibar), but did not matter.WiFi was very slow(almost at dial-up speeds). The hotel is a bit far from the center if you're walking(but a tram is right across the street). There was quite a lot of noise because of the railroad nearby. A bit noisy due to closeness of Trams and Trains.They did not give clean towels each day. The location of the hotel in the city. The small street leading to the hotel is quite rough, it' not suitcase-friendly at all. Actually it's not their fault. However a bigger trash bin in the room would be great. they have some technical problem with wifi for 24hours. tv in the room was the smallest one; could be bigger(anyway i was not in prague to stay in hotel and watch tv). you can hear the train passing by but it is acceptable: we slept without any problem.The TV was small. A bit far away from downtown.There was no Jaccuzi in the hotel as its mentioned in booking.com,overall it was good and nice.
