Beautiful place, I will come again, no hesitation. Wonderful old building, spacious attic apartment, well equipped, nice character & architecture, views, middle of the old town, very willing staff (best to organize all special requests and arrival/departure time on phone). If breakfast was good, this hotel would have definitely got 10/10 from me. Breakfast solution: book this hotel (it's a great place) but without breakfast - make your own or experiment in the town (except of café opposite .
all reviews » I couldn't believe how incredible this room was for what I paid! Giant, four-poster bed, clean linens, cute toiletries -- and even a hair- dryer in the bathroom, which I wasn't expecting in such an older building. Having a fridge in the room was great for keeping drinks chilled and there's a small convenience store directly next door, which was perfect for picking up snacks, etc. The town itself is tiny so it would be hard to be anyplace that isn't very central, But this hotel is literally 2 m. Very central location yet on a quiet street. Gracious welcoming staff/owners, with helpful tips about the town. Lovely room (called modern studio) -- wish we'd booked earlier to get the attic studio, but I don't know if that would have been as quiet as our room, which faced the inner courtyard. Delicious generous breakfast delivered to the room. Having the small kitchenette was very handy. Wonderful historic town - we had three nights and would happily have stayed longer. Great nearby restauran. A lovely apartment in an excellent location right in the centre of town. Our big deluxe apartment had lovely old furniture and a comfy four poster bed along with a small kitchenette (with a mini bar stocked with reasonably priced drinks). The apartments are located above the museum and accessed through the museum door but access after closing is no problem as you get a card that opens all the external and internal doors. There is a small mini market next door which is handy for drinks and snack. I'm satisfied with everything. Good location. Easy to access the tourist attraction. 10mins walk to bus station. I took student agency from this bus station to prague. I stayed in attic one room apartment. It's a wonderful experience because it's decorated like castle. The kitchen is well- equipped. The cooking equipment is modern and sufficient. A minimarket is in downstairs. There is a jacuzzi in our bathroom. Friendly staff, who tried the best to introduce the place to us. Very nice decorated room, very spacious. Wifi is great, the speed is awesome. We first stayed at Apartment 4, it is a modern room; then we stayed at Apartment 7, which is totally another theme.. its historical, very european style. Highly recommend to book Apartment 7! Great Location! Nothing to complain. Spacious, clean, comfortable & conventient (the square is just round the corner). Great value for money. Came with a large group of people to attend a wedding. Everybody booked seperately and were spread around Cesky Krumlov. We certainly got the better deal. Took a photo of our room and they couldn't believe how spacious it was. Cheaper too. We were in the spacious double on the second floor, with a narrow spiral stairwell. It was difficult for my 82 year old mother to manage the steps, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful, even bringing breakfast up to us each morning. It was a wonderful four days (part of it during the Festival of the Five Rose Petals). This apartment contained everything anyone could need with plenty of room. Great location. Right next door to a small convenience store and in amongst great restaurants with a few bars. Best to just get a taxi to take you there as its a little tricky to find. Accommodation right in the centre of the old town was lovely. The apartment was large and comfortable for 3 adults and we could do our own breakfast etc. the building and the renovation they have done is in keeping with the age of the town and very beautiful. Attic studio was beautifully made with sight of castle from window. Spacious & comfortable but up quite a few stairs if that is problem for you. Simple kitchenette but adequate. Enjoyable stay in Cesky Krumlov. Very nice spot, close to the center plaza. breakfast just cost 6euro and believe me it's beyond your expectation. Apartment is cheap but cozy,designed, clean. Best choice on the whole tour. Very clean. Everything works. Even though our stay took place in mid-July, we were surprised that not having air conditioning is not a problem. That reception isn't 24 hours -- but staff could be reached at the number posted by the main door. When I used the jacuzzi, the water wasn't hot enough. The sheet of bed is rough. It's a little bit uncomfortable. We were driving and found it very difficult to drive to the door to drop off luggage. The streets are very narrow and so hard to work out how to get there. A GPS is useless as the streets are one way. I rang twice to ask for directions but still had difficulty. Perhaps the staff could send a map and directions to people who are driving. Quite a long walk with our bags from bus station but that is same for all of Cesky Krumlov. Our flat was on the third floor - no lift. Parking far away but can drive in to drop off luggage but still an inconvenience, parking stub not explained to us & we had to pay more than necessary. Also no AC but did cool off at night. Bring earplugs because of church bells etc. I would stay here again. There was no coffee pot or bodum/french press in the apartment. A 10am checkout is too early. That said, they were kind to let us stay until 11. Our TV didn't work. A toaster would be nice. Nothing. Should have "mind your head"sign in the stairway.I hit head 2 times when carrying lugguages upstairs. Height 172cm FYI. Reception isn't open 25/7 so if you're arriving after 6pm, make sure you let them know. There was a homeless man sleeping in the foyer. He seemed harmless and I noticed security cameras being sorted out the following day. A really old building so no lift, and a turret staircase, and you'll be carrying your own bag up so pack light. If you come to CK by bus with a heavy luggage, you should consider the distance between bus stop and the hotel location and that you have to drag your luggage though crooked and cobblestone streets of CK. Unfortunately wwhen booking the apartment profile stated it included a washer, however this was not the case. Management simply stated that not all rooms have what is advertised (which is not stated and very misleading), but then offered the use of their washer after being pressed for a solution. Unfortunately this came a little late in the stay. Could hear a bit of noise from other rooms, and walking up the stairs. Didn't like the fact that I had to leave!. Radiators weren't warm enough so, our room was cold. the staff is not warm. It is small stair to move big baggage. Moveover, it is the style of the historical building style. The stair's a bit difficult to walk if u have a big luggage. No airconditioning could be a problem if really hot. Nothing. Steep staircase and low ceilings. steep spiral staircase, hard with luggage. nothing. Careful for the low ceilings in the stairway... I hit my head pret hard once. Trash can too small. There are no lift neither permanent reception.
